AC wasn't working -- they were able to fit me in the schedule on short notice, called before showing up, and were able perform the needed fix quickly. Friendly, responsive and know what they're doing!

Highly recommend. Mike was very informative, honest, and professional. A leak I thought was serious didn’t turn out to be too bad. They’ve certainly gained a new customer.

New unit never worked correctly - had them out many times to 'fix' but they only put band-aids on it. Technician once actually bad-mouthed the owners to someone he thought was a renter (turned out to be one of the owners). If you use them, I wish you much better luck than we had. Also, be sure to document every conversation and verify that they record all the issues you tell them about.

I can’t say enough good things about Hodge. They are prompt, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I wish all my contractors were as good as they are.

Super quick response to our broken AC. Mike quickly took care of the problem while patiently explaining the process to me. Excellent customer service skills, particularly in explaining the technical aspects in easily relatable terms.

Very unprofessional company that has false advertising on the front page of their website. My business and employees have been suffering in 80 degree heat all day waiting for them to show up at 2:30pm like they said on the phone.

They called an hour late at 3:30pm to let me know they weren't going to come because they don't service business.
I could've called a different company if I was told this from the start.

They then tried to blame the problem on me, the customer, because I didn't tell them it was a business? Even though, first off, I did tell the woman I spoke to that it was a bakery.... and secondly, I gave them my address. A simple type into google maps would've shown the shopping strip I am in.
Its not rocket science.

Very unsatisfied. Would never use them in the future for my home because of this experience.

The man on the phone did recommend Putnam Mechanical for me to call and that company has been AMAZING and is coming after hours to help me out since Hodge screwed me over.

Save yourself some time and go straight to Putnam :)
