I would recommend this company to anyone my experience with them has been amazing and will now only use them when I need something fix. Quick response to making an appointment and coming out to see what was wrong and fixing it. Very professional and helpful and very affordable prices 👍🏾👍🏾💯!

Had a great experience with service call for our heat not working in the winter. Had to order parts, but called as soon as they came in and was at the house the same day installing them. Happy to recommend Hodge.

So they other day I came home and noticed that my house had started getting hot. The vents were all blowing air, but it didn't feel cold. It was around 4:30 when I called Hodge HVAC. The owner answered the call and told me that someone would be contacting me within the hour. Sure enough, Mike (the owner's son) called me and said that he was gonna be to my house within 15 minutes. As soon as he arrived we started talking and I was kind of worried that I was going to need a new unit since mine is a little old $$$$. As we walked over to the unit, Mike immediately told me that my compressor wasn't running. So he simply changed the capacitor and then I asked him "what happens next?" and then he said "go inside and enjoy the AC." It was all taken care of within about an hour or so. Now I will use Hodge for any of my HVAC needs. Thanks again!! Paul

Family-run business that offers great service. Had a gas line put in by them and they came right on time and did a great job. They were flexible in accommodating our changing schedule when our new gas stove was going to be delivered.

They came out to check why my aircon unit wasn’t working downstairs. Turns out it was a simple GUI that had been tripped and needed resetting. They didn’t try and sell anything else. Just fixed the problem. Very fair, very trustworthy. Great business. I will support them again

We have had problems with our AC unit every year for the past 4 years, and out of necessity been using morris jenkins, but the prices they were charging were so outrageous we decided to look elsewhere. This year when we had a problem we called hodge, and we couldn't be happier that we did! Very friendly, fast service with reasonable pricing! No nickel and diming or trying to talk us in to things we didn't really need. They will be the 1st we call from now on and will recommend to everyone we know!

Technician was nice....and the first time around they were quick about servicing me...I hit a gas pipe connecting to my ac unit...they came and fixed it...but apparently when putting in a new pipe it has to be permitted and inspected...how would I know that right? They put in pipes and fix things EVERYDAY! Why would they not know this?...so they wanted to charge me an extra fee after paying $320 to come out for something that should've been done the first time....I get me having to pay for the permit but to have to pay $85 for labor and you were here less than 24 hours ago?...The owner is RUDE!!! I work in customer service! I know how I'm suppose to be talked to an handled...He was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And Hung up in my face! Like Wow! Who does that?....I didn't get smart with him...but yet he was getting smart with me...I could hear it in his voice...so I stopped him and said...Sir....it's not what you're saying...it's how you're saying it....What happened to resolving the customers needs?...I was referred to this company....but I wouldn't refer ANYONE!!! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT! Even if the customer is a little upset...it's YOUR JOB to reassure them that you'll take care of what needs to be done...instead of hanging up in their face!!! Smh...yes I was a little upset about the extra charge...but it wasn't even about that...it was about how I was treated. And I think that's TERRIBLE! This company is TERRIBLE!

I'm 100% sure that if my landlord seen that you wrote something on him that's untrue he wouldn't be happy....as a matter of fact...he wasn't very pleased with you...I would NEVER admit to something I didn't do...I was not rude to you...so you can make up stories on me if you'd like...that's fine...your next customer who encounters when you make a mistake...will find out for themselves...you can try to sugarcoat all you like sir...I know what the truth is 🙂 Have a great day!

Had A/C fan go out after returning from vacation in June. Austin arrived and resolved problem quickly. Needed help on 2 more occasions and Austin provided outstanding service and remedied the issues quickly and affordably.
