I was out of town and had heat failure,, I Googled heat and air repair and was lucky to be directed to Hodge. The Technician by the name of Austin responded by phone and was at our house immediately. Austin was able to make a temporary repair at that time. He ordered the correct parts and made the final repair in just a day or two. The cost of both repairs were well within reason! I have stored their number in my phone and will certainly call them again if needed. I generally do not do reviews but I feel this one is well deserved.

Our experience with Hodge Heating & Air Conditioning is always excellent. Each technician performs service with a caring attitude. We’ve been with Hodge for over 20+ years. Jeff and company are the BEST!!

Our AC went out over the weekend with over 90 degree temperatures!! I knew it wasn’t a major problem cause it was only 7 yrs old & we keep it serviced. Chase with Hodge came out promptly & found the problem 1st thing. It was a Capacitor & he changed it out and we were up and running again in no time. I have always had prompt courtesy service with Hodge HVAC. I give them 5 stars!

November 2019 - Excellent service for furnace problem. Rapid reply to initial call. Flexible in scheduling services. Provided timely communications to inform arrival time for services. Professional and clearly knowledgeable technician who rapidly performed diagnostics and identified furnace problem. Rates for repair parts and labor were reasonably. Would recommend and will use for future heating and air services. No constant up selling. Found issue, corrected problem and gone.

The only people I could find to come out in Christmas Eve! Austin found a temporary fix that got our heat back on until the parts came in the following week.

Horrible Company to deal with, they have been out to my home under the recommendation of my insurance company. They received their payment for the visit and then demanded more money for the disposal and other fees that are covered under my warranty. They are overly polite as they hurt you by not following through on a contract. Please do yourself a favor and do not use them, save your money for a strong local reputable AC company. I do have documentation.

Highly recommended. I'm a very picky, do it yourself aerospace engineer. When I engage outside services I look for quality, experience and customer service. The Hodge team hits it out of the park on all counts! Just have them over to talk to you, the quality of their people will speak for itself. We have used them for last 5 years in both minor and major projects. Fantastic local business that will steer you to the be solution for whatever HVAC needs you have.. I trust Hodge HVAC

Great customer service, thorough and knowledgeable service techs. Nice part about Hodge is that the salesperson is also the tech is also the installer. You definitely know you're getting the right product, service and price, unlike many other big names in the area. Only downside was the last 2 feet. They forgot to install the drain line to my new HVAC system; soaked half my basement before I determined the issue - not good with home inspectors coming the next morning. Additionally, the clean up was non existent - sheet metal, parts, insulation, and of course spit out sunflower seeds all over the floor. This is unacceptable. Overall good experience but definitely room for improvement.

My upstairs AC unit went out last night. I was fearing it would be a several hundred or maybe even thousand dollar repair bill. I called Hodges abbey recommendation of a friend who would use them and they were out within two hours of me calling. The technician who came over, Chase, took a look at the unit in the attic and then at the unit outside and quickly determined that it was probably just a bad solenoid. He checked the solenoid and it was in fact the problem. He quickly replaced it with a new one that he had in the truck. He then offered to check the downstairs unit solenoid just to make sure that one was in good shape (it was). He also checked the system pressures to make sure those were in line as well.In all he was done in about half an hour and the total bill was extremely fair and much less than I had feared. I will definitely be calling Hodges for all of my future AC needs.

Arrived at appointed time, quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem and came in under quoted amount. Also used Hodge a couple years ago for home renovation. Quality job.
