First of all, I was so relieved to find that Jason Hall had started his own company after leaving JL Patterson since I had depended on him for many years. I am buying a house and the home inspector said the furnace did not work and air conditioner was blocked in certain rooms. I was very concerned. The inspector recommended JL Patterson and although I had not used them since Jason left, I called and when telling them what I needed I added, "I wish Jason was still there". The person with whom I was speaking, very quickly told me Jason's last name (Hall) and that he was still in the area and had his own company! I immediately called and set up an appointment. Jason understands much more than basic HVAC where he excels. He also takes the time to explain and answer tedious questions. He figured out the electrical problem that my inspections report had found.
Most importantly, my furnace and air-conditioner were in perfect working order and had a "Halo" unit which is a new type of air purifier which Jason explained. He was also familiar with the Ozone water system connected to the washer that eliminates the need for detergent and explained how it worked. I noticed that his website for Hoosiers HVAC says he "takes pride in this work". With Jason this is true. It makes a real difference to have a knowledgeable person that enjoys his work, be the person in your home checking/fixing the HVAC, who does not mind explaining how things work.

Mr Hall was wonderful!! In the midst of the 2022 January blizzard, my heat went out. He was SO COMPASSIONATE and CONCERNED for my family during the call. My family had been without heat for hours. He immediately came right over and fixed the issue without a blink. He even cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using him for future maintenance and repairs. I paid him a fraction of costs of what the other "Snake Oil HVAC Competitors" were quoting me over the phone. A very humble, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working gentleman. He didn't even want to take a tip. God blessed me this morning and I'm grateful. Blessings to you and yours Mr Hall.

Great, professional people. I called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment to get my ac looked at and within a couple hours Jason was already at my house inspecting it. We decided that with the age and what was wrong with it we needed to replace the unit. On Thursday of the same week my new HVAC was installed and running great. He took the time to explain things to me and to correct some issues with the ductwork upstairs. I highly recommend Jason and his team.

Our heater was only blowing between 63 - 75 degrees and was taking hours to heat up the house. We bought the house two months ago and was told the system worked well, and thought it was just old. We even had another company come out to inspect our system and they said everything was ok. Jason came out and found that the thermostat was wired incorrectly and that caused an issue with the heating element getting to the correct temperature. He took the time to explain the problem and when he left our heat was 103 degrees out the vent. This morning it only took an hour to get up to temperature. Jason did a great job, I've already recommended him and will be calling him the next time we need service.

I have used Hoosier over the years and continue to find their service is excellent, professional and honest. I would highly recommend Jason and his team for any HVAC needs.

I placed a call to Jason around 9:30 this morning when my AC went out. By 11:00 he was here, diagnosed the problem, went and got the part and I was back in cool air in just a few hours. I will now be using Hoosier for all my heating and air needs.
