They were the absolute best!! After almost being ripped off by another local company with the initials MJ I was so grateful that I asked for a second opinion with these guys! We had family coming in for our vow renewal and was told our problem couldn’t be fixed. My situation required a new unit but the cost was impeccable in comparison with what the other company charged to repair. No one likes the unexpected expense of repairs/replacement but Hoosier made it quick and as painless as possible. I appreciated their promptness, the occasional jokes when I felt like crying lol, and how quickly our issue was resolved. Within 24 hours of our first conversation everything was fixed. They made us feel as if we were family and they’ve truly earned a forever customer in me.

Jason was great! A real professional. He performed a thorough cleaning and maintenance diagnostic on the HVAC system. I would recommend him for your HVAC needs!

Pretty much the only ac/heating company I will use. Professional and pretty much the company I'm looking for! I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday when I was available and Jason came out 1hr after calling on Sunday (1pm)when we had to leave my house at 4:30pm. If you need a issue fixed with your ac/heating call them you won't be disappointed

Before coming out Jason gave me some tips on how I could remedy the problem my HVAC system was experiencing. After that didn't work he quickly came out and diagnosed the problem on a Sunday afternoon. He was able to get the part the next day and had my heat up and running quickly.

Huge shout out to Hoosier for coming out tonight after normal business hours within 20 minutes of calling Jason was here and assessing why our AC unit was not working. He was super professional and even put up with my seven year old following him around asking a million questions! 🤣 thanks to him we are all fixed up and will be sleeping comfortably tonight!

Jason was very responsive. He was able to come sooner than the appointment time. He was able to figure out the issue and fix it in timely manner.

I cannot recommend Jason with Hoosier Heating and Air enough. He is super responsive, courteous, and he diagnosed and repaired our issue in a timely manner (even on a Sunday morning). We have two units on our home and he was able to service both in a prompt manner while explaining this issues and how to check for future problems.

Jason was prompt and took his time to answer my questions. Very professional service. We went over another quote he provided for me on some HVAC work I need performed and I plan to have him back out ASAP for that work.

On Christmas Eve, we realized that we didn’t have heat on the coldest day of the year. We tried contacting multiple companies but nobody was available (understandably). Nevertheless, we got in touch with Hoosier and they were at our house by 7:45 AM on Christmas morning. By 9 o’clock, everything was fixed. Couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you.

Yesterday afternoon our air conditioner suddenly stopped working. We contacted Hoosier at 2:42 PM and Jason was at our house at 3:05. He had just gotten home to relax but when he got our call, he immediately agreed to come. Super nice man and very professional. I will keep his # in my phone.
