I called Hoosier because my AC unit would not work. He showed up promptly and determined the problem and got the part the same day drove all the way to Charlotte for the part. Came back by 3pm and had my unit fixed. Very friendly and extremely appreciated.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a business in a long time. I realized my house was getting hot and the thermostat said the A/C should have been on. I called them and he was at my house within an hour. Keep in mind that this was at 6 pm after business hours. He was friendly and had very reasonable prices. We liked him so much, we setup a maintenance schedule for him to service our HVAC throughout the year.

10 o'clock at night my furnace shut off as I am out of town and Hoosier Heating and Air Conditioning saved the night. They arrived quickly, found the issue and quickly got my house warm for my wife and kids. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service. Definitely will use them again as well as telling all my friends and family!

Woke up early this morning to a knocking sound coming from the HVAC. I called a different company who said I'd have to call back tomorrow just to set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at it. I decided to call Hoosier, they answered and told me they'd be out within a couple hours. I got a text right after with an ETA. Jason arrived within an hour and ran several tests. He figured out the issue and ensured the unit was working before he left. Very professional and super fast arrival. Very knowledgeable and discussed preventative maintenance to keep it in working condition. I'll be calling back for future service as needed. Thanks.

Jason was extremely responsive and professional! He gave me info all along the way. (I'm the kind of guy who likes to watch techs and learn). My call was at 7pm and was on-site within 45 minutes!
