Everyone at Chad Love is always professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. I have been a VIP member for about a year. Each team member that has been to my house has been great to work with. I had them out to install a new HVAC system today and several people were at my house for an entire day. The guys were all very polite and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day, answering any question I threw at them! The folks in the office are equally as helpful and I never once felt pressured into anything. They will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are confident in the decision you are making. It can be really hard to find quality customer service but the employees at Chad Love definitely go above and beyond!

I am very pleased with the service I received for my mom today. We received a call from Joshua of his coming and asked him if there was anything he can get her. This was one of the many request of given excellent care. I am grateful for this company and I am greatly appreciate them sending before you left out they best workers for my mom. Joshua Dennis and his son did excellent job. You will not be disappointed with his services. It really great to have someone who care. Before you left the house, you feel the change. Mo came out and gave us top notch service. Reviewed our whole system, showed us where the problems were and explained our options fully. Mo was able to get our AC system up and running before he left….thank you 😁. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience and ability to explain everything.

Definitely call Chad Love if you are looking for system repairs or a new system. We will be calling them again when the need arises.

Called on July 4th as our AC stopped working they got us on the schedule for the next day. Mo called to let us know when he was on his way as promised. Once he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to be doing in terms that were easy to understand. We are so impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and the time spent and steps taken to figuring out our issue. Unfortunately, we do need a new system but Mo and James worked until 11pm getting us 5 estimates for us to choose which worked for us and our budget. Mo was installing 2 window units in our home at 11 pm to be sure we were comfortable until they can get our new unit ordered and installed. We give Mo and Chad Love 5 stars and would refer them to anyone who asked in a heartbeat. We need more companies and employees who take pride and integrity in their service! Thank you again MO!!

My A/C unit died on a Saturday night several weeks ago. I called Chad Love Services on Sunday evening, they sent a technician the next morning. Jordan came a few minutes ahead of the time scheduled, introduced himself, and got right down to the business of troubleshooting my situation. It didn’t take him long to determine that the coil AC in the attic was shot and needed to be replaced and the system was 10+ years old. He gave several different recommendations, options. He was very knowledgeable, and I like the fact that he just got to the point and said here’s our best unit for the size of your home and what he recommended. I had a couple other companies come out and give estimates as well that same day. I chose Chad Love Services because the prices were a little bit better. I did my homework on Goodman products and they’re rated right up there with the cream of the crop units. He explained to me the finance that Chad Love Services offers 18 months 0% finance and you don’t have a minimum payment. You can pay it as you go or when you want to or at the very end whatever suits you, that was a huge difference to the other companies that did not offer that. They came out two days later when I was able to be here on my schedule, they did what they said they would do, they showed up ahead of time, installed an all new AC unit return box, complete new heating system, indoor outdoor and showed me everything they did, and how to operate everything properly. I would highly recommend Chad Love Services to any of my family, neighbors , and/or friends. I’m old-school and I have high expectations/requirements and they met and exceeded most of them. They came out quickly when I called, very caring and professional .Mo Explained everything very well so I knew the problems with my AC unit. Thanks Ethan, Dan, and Oliver for installing my new AC unit and helping me get back to a nice cool place with fresh clean air! Everything looks so nice, my pup and I are feeling cool and comfortable again. :)
