Get Air Done LLC

AC went out on the 4th of July. Get Air Done was here by 10am on the 5th. They had our system up & running again in 30min. I definately recommend them!

We had to call to get an estimate on new ductwork and hvac, within 24hours ,Jess was over and we got a quote by the end of the day! Jess posed questions , quite thorough and listened to our concerns.

Started going down the google search list and these guys were the only ones willing to fit me in. Others either said 3-4 weeks or just no.
Showed up on time and got the job done at a very reasonable rate. 100% recommend.

The group was on it! Easy to work with. Efficient and responsive

Contacted them about doing a tune-up done. Delayed multiple times. First time was for other customers not having air, which was understandable, next time was just not showing up. Schedule to come by late afternoon on the day they were going to come out and showed up at noon. We were not there so they got an attitude. They ended up coming back later and completed the work. Gave us a 10% discount and bill totaled up to $215. TLDR can probably find someone to do it at a better price in a more timely manner.

Update: Business reached out to us and said $75 service charge was autogenerated and it was never intended to be on our bill. They offered to refund it.

Jesse did a fabulous job on my under performing heat pump. 2 lbs of refrigerant and now good heat flow again. Very pleased with results.
