The service men were professional, friendly, and respectful. They listened to my questions and gave simple not technically complicated answers. He gave a few tips & helped me to understand the impact of different filters on the system. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I definitely do not recommend this company. They came out to fix an issue and ended up causing a new issue each visit. It ended with not having any heat in our second level which meant none of our bedrooms received heat. This is definitely a big problem with it being cold out. The person who was here couldn't fix the issue they caused and instead recommended that we just leave our upstairs doors open all day so that it can get heat from the first level. Yeah, definitely not an option. I got another company out the same day and they fixed it immediately.

What a great company. So customer focused and very responsive. They actually recommended against replacing a part and waiting to do so . Probably one of most impressive things was the tech that was at the house was extremely positive re his boss/ owner and the company - a very nice change from so many folks that love to bad mouth their boss . Highly recommend these folks .

Kyle was the service person and did a great job. Very personable and patient as it took longer than planned. Andy Ray runs a good business.

Do not call if your new home has already been completed. They will cut right through your electrical wiring with no regards to what they are doing. For $13,800 one would think they would have cared. That's just it. They didn't care.

I always thought that maybe some of the comments that people have posted on various businesses and services that the owner responder with had simply mistakenly posted their comment on the wrong website. After reading what the owner has written after my post I realized that it's just a wishful trick of the trade by businesses to try and discredit a comment. As if they were mistaken or perhaps confused. Not anymore.

If business owners are going to claim that they stand behind their work then they should stand behind their work. Even when costly damage has been done by their employees.

I was referred to Get Air Done by a neighbor and I am so happy! This company is a local family owned company that takes pride in their work. Scott was the technician that initially came out and he was so friendly and thorough. He sent me a proposal as planned and came by the day the new system was installed to say hi and check in. Adam and his installation team were so good and friendly and took great care of my home. You can definitely tell the difference with a locally owned company versus a larger corporate company where you are just another customer. I will definitely use Get Air Done again and would refer them!

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Performed scheduled maintenance as requested and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

Adam, Andy and their Get Air Done crew did all the HVAC work in my new build garage apartment and they added some natural gas lines for multiple gas appliances. My experiences with them have always been great, their pricing seems reasonable and they would absolutely be my first phone call the next time I need some work done. You’d be making a mistake if you don’t talk to them about your next HVAC project/maintenance!

Professional and trustworthy — saved me over $2k on a compressor and could replacement compared to one of the other familiar name is Charlotte. At no point we’re they pushy and felt like they were providing an unbiased opinion as if it was their own house
