We own a Property Management Investment business and use Dennis Patterson for all of Heating and Air needs for our properties. They also take care of the HVAC for our personal home. They're all good people, but Hunter is a rockstar. He's extremely knowledgeable, great problem solver, efficient and most refreshing, super trustworthy! We've used a number of HVAC companies over the years, but none better than Dennis Patterson.

Early last summer, I called Dennis Patterson HVAC on a Friday morning around 9:45am and they were able to send Doug out to my house by 1:00pm that same afternoon. Doug quickly assessed the issue and was able to get me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. He also offered to come back out for an inspection later in the summer to ensure that all systems are working properly. I highly recommend Dennis Patterson HVAC if you're experiencing any issues with your AC unit.

I’ve known and worked alongside the owner since the mid 1980s. Naturally after 38 years in the HVAC industry a person tends to pickup a thing or two but Dennis had what he needed right out of the gate. A superior work ethic and thirst for knowledge combined with integrity second to none, left no doubt in my mind that he’d be my go to guy for HVAC!

They were assigned to me to perform a recall on my HVAC system. They were able to schedule promptly, technician arrived on time and was friendly. Will definitely keep them in mind next time I need maintenance on my HVAC system.

Well. After wasting $500 on a failed solution by One Hour Heating and Cooling, I contacted Dennis Patterson HVAC. Guess what, my AC now works as it should. I'm ranting over the quality and professionalism of service provided.

The story.
Less than a month ago, my upstairs ac unit stopped working. I contacted the installer, One Hour Heating and Cooling. Within hours, an arrogant tech showed up on site, did a simple patch on the thermostat, dropped in a charge of leak sealer, then charged me $500 for a system that was still under American Standard's basic warranty.

Jump forward to Patterson HVAC.
Within weeks the previous fix, so-called, failed. I decided to try a local HVAC service, and remembered seeing Patterson HVAC trucks in the area. I placed a service call.

Wow. The Doug, the tech, arrived on time, spoke with grace and humility, and quickly diagnosed my problem. Due to shoddy work by the installers, a weld joint in my attic air handler was leaking.

Then the tech revealed the true meaning of professional customer service and quality.

First, he captured my remaining coolant.
Second, he repaired the leaky weld.
Third, he vacuumed my system to eliminate any trapped air problems.
Fourth, he recharged my unit, mostly using the captured coolant.
Fifth, he gave me a bill that was barely over half of the bill for the inefficient and costly service provided by One Hour Heating and Cooling.

So here's the final take.

1) I'll never again use or trust One Hour Heating and Cooling

2) Dennis Patterson HVAC is the team to call. If you've got an HVAC problem, Patterson is the place to call. They're fair, honest, efficient, and cost-effective.

After purchasing a York unit when they was JLK mechanical and paying over $7000 for the unit with specifications that all parts and labor was free for 10 years. With Dennis Patterson, they want you to pay for everything. Every time I've called them out, they find a reason to charge us for labor and cost. This heating and air company is not about customer service and will pick your pocket every chance they get. The service technician is a great guy, but the owner charges for everything that he possibly can. Find a different heating and air place if you're looking to purchase is my advice.

Dennis' crew were all very friendly and 100% knowledgeable for all things HVAC and more. The job was done quickly and correctly! I'd recommend Dennis Patterson HVAC to anyone.
