During the service on a slow drain, the snake punctured a pipe and water began leaking from the ceiling in a downstairs bathroom. The plummer cut the drywall to replace the damaged pipe to stop the leak. David Hidgen was contracted by you, Travis Plumming to do the work. Mr. Hidgen arranged to come today (March 5) at 12pm to start the repairs. He canceled 2 hours before the appointment. Mr. Hidgen originally told me that he needed to work 4 hour windows to allow the materials/surfaces adequate drying time. The job would take about 4 days. I provided him with multiple options when I would be available, however today Mr. Hidgen said the job was not worth his time. He will not do the work. The hole in my ceiling where the plummer removed the drywall needs to be replaced, ASAP. What reputable contractor will you schedule to complete the work?

The service exceeded my expectations. Professionally done with the entire process. The quality of work was amazing. I was so impressed and very appreciative.

Jared was very sweet and professional. He felt bad not being able to finish the job but due to circumstances that were uncontrollable I had to call an electrician. I look forward to seeing Jared on Friday so he can try again. ☺️

They have not replaced the water heater yet but will be this monday. Charles Brantley came and was able to determine based on the type of issue and age of the water heater that it needed to be replaced. Charles and Paige made the whole process painless and seemless.

I have neurological deficits and was afraid I'd damage the thermostat if I removed the cover to change batteries, and that I'd be unable to reprogram it after power failures if I opted out of batteries. Chris was very patient and professional-- he literally walked me through the reprogramming procedure 4 times and he also changed the batteries for me. *This was a complimentary FREE service call so the company made NO MONEY for this!) I plan on using this company for my future HVAC needs.

Service technician Jarod was very informative, based on the information he provided his supervisor, a decision was made not to prosue the job. This company is top notch. Kyle came out and explained everything that I needed to do. David, Hickory and Wes did an amazing job with the install. Jared was very professional. He showed up on time. Explained to me everything I needed to know about my Furnace and Air Conditioning. He did not pressure me to buy. I am still deciding on next steps.
