Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing

After having an issue with a previous plumbing company that I reviewed we called Travis Crawford company. Could not be happier with them!! They came did the work and we are very happy with them. Would highly recommend them

Had a great experience with the team at Travis Crawford every step of the way. They've got a great system in place so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. The techs were there on time, very friendly and courteous, and spent the time to educate us on our system and inspect the ducts. Though getting a new HVAC unit is not on anyone's fun list, this company made it easy by offering financing and a very fast turnaround on repair and new AC install. Highly recommend this company!

They replaced one of my heating/ac units and did an excellent job! From the initial diagnosis of what was going on with my existing unit to complete replacement. Very knowledgeable and gave me a few options that included some type of financing. Thank you Billy Cole for helping me negotiate a reasonable price for a new unit.
Technicians: Pierce Dolan and Wesley Byers were very efficient and worked all day and my unit was in and working great in less than 8 hours!
We will not hesitate to call TC for anything else we may need done! Thank you guys!

Travis Crawford, was singularly the most proficient and personal Business to Consumer experience I've had since moving to NC. They level with you about the situation, explaining every detail and go through every option on how to move forward and be preventative in the future. Today they have won a client for life.

After researching a few companies to repair the ductwork in my crawl space, I decided on Travis. They were responsive, incredibly communicative, reasonably priced and did a quality job. I am happy with my decision and their work.

Friendly staff when I called to make inquiries and easy to book. They were able to come out the next day. Before showing up, the company sends a confirmation text with a photo of the technician, which I really appreciated. Jared, my technician was professional and worked hard to resolve my Nest hook up issues. He was able to clearly explain the issues I was facing. Would recommend them based on my one experience so far

Extremely satisfied with the service, friendly, courteous, priced competitively, very caring, patient, timely, cleanliness, understanding....I could go on and on about the splendid service I received from the team at Travis Crawford Heating and Cooling. Please see my original post below when first working with this company and DISREGARD. I am now changing a 5 star to 1 star although I wish it could be 0 or negative. As this has been a nightmare company to work with. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Here is my story:
I initially had Travis Crawford come out post my home inspection (did not own property yet) due to hearing great reviews from friends. I explained the inspectors said the heating and cooling was not working. Travis Crawford came out, post my initial review, and said everything was fine. Month goes by. 2 days being in my property after closing I notice the upstairs was definitely not working. I called them back and the same tech came out and proceeded to tell me " worst case scenario, you need the whole unit replaced... it didn't happen over night" now I am was being asked to pay thousands... thousands 2 days after owning the property.... I asked to speak to GM. I then find out that they fired the tech who initially came out to my place... The tears I have shed over this experience is unreal. The negligence this company has done to me. I am 24 years old and I was extremely taken advantage by this company. It is now June/July I closed in April... and here we are. STILL NOT FIXED. Trust was broken with this company and I gave them the chance to make things right. I had other HVAC companies who (I now also did not trust because of my first interaction was with Travis and they ruined my image of all HVAC companies) this other companies I spoke to have never felt so bad for me and my experience.

Travis Crawford then came out himself to my property to give me the most accurate quote. For someone who has so many commercials on trust, empathy, and "making a difference" I felt none of that while working with a single one of them. Flash forward maybe a week and I had an active leak in my system 10:30PM had to text him and he couldn't have anyone out until the morning. I said I was not waiting until the morning with an active leak.. and had to state that I was happy to call another company if he can not come. Then proceeds to come while my friend basically did more for the situation than him.

I did my due diligence and looked for other quotes as I was being quoted 18k (the best they could do for my situation). I met a wonderful company who not only rebuilt some trust but felt so bad offered me almost 5k less with a discount. I waited a few weeks so I could level myself during this nightmare and called Travis back to see if they would match the quote. Did I receive a call back... no I received a text! This is not a texting manner, nor is that professional in my opinion in anyway... I had to ask to be called.

Days have gone by waiting to hear back on the match and first repair they did. I then get a call from them to hear how my experience with the other company was going... I was waiting to hear from you? Not only can they not match/ will not match the quote, I also have to pay for the one repair they did do otherwise my whole place could have flooded.

I have never wrote a Google Review like this, and I have zero shame because this experience was literally hell. I will never recommend this company nor will the Real Estates brokerage I used to buy the property. Please be mindful with who you do business with, at the end of the day its a sale (I work in sales) but you can not be good at sales without having a proper relationship and long term one. Be careful.

As a first time home buyer HVAC units can be intimidating. Billy Cole met me at my property and was on time, kind, and so informative! I truly appreciated his knowledge and work ethic. He even called his boss to confirm if they work on my system and his boss knew exactly where he was and the community! I think that speaks volumes of how reliable this organization is and that they know their stuff! Billy also made sure that I was comfortable and confident in how to use my system! I will be a customer here moving forward. Thank you so much!

I would recommend Travis Crawford to anyone! They were very responsive and quick to schedule, and I even got photos and bios of the technicians before they came out! They were able to easily explain all the work that had been done and notify me of some other issues that will need to be repaired in the future due to the leaks that happened prior to taking ownership of the property. In all, I will definitely be using them for any hvac and plumbing needs in the future.
