Technician, Charles, came out to give estimate on water heater replacement. He arrived on time and was very professional. Very knowledgeable about the service I required. Great job!

Technician tried to sell a $14 part (conductor) for $600. We were told that the part had to have a 5 year warranty included. I asked several companies about this after he left. They said this is B.S. We were also told that the capacitor was weak and should be replaced. The company that replaced the conductor said the capacitor was fine. He showed me the numbers on his equipment. The technician also overshared. We still had to pay $89 for the diagnostic and he would not give us an estimate showing the above conductor issue with the warranty. He only reluctantly gave us the name of the conductor part. Terrible!

Our tech Edwin was very polite, professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure our thermostat warranty was honored by replacing with the same device. He helped with setting up the new device through the app and ensured everything was working to our satisfaction before leaving. We will be using Travis Crawford for all of our HVAC needs!

Travis Deason was our technician and he was GREAT! He was courteous and professional. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem we were having and fix it for a very reasonable cost. We also inquired about a tankless hot water heater. The price he quoted us was better than we had received from other providers and he got us on the schedule for the next day. I will be using these guys for anything that comes up in the future.

Our expectations have been exceeded once again by Jared. He is always on time and super friendly. We will continue to have Jared handle all of our needs as we know we can rely and depend on him. Jared @ Travis heating, cooling & plumbing is the best, barnone.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
I paid $95 for a technician to come and see my A.C ( literature see it because he didn't do nothing) and he tried to sell me a brand new unit for $18,000.
I called a different company they charged me $600 to fix my a.c. & they only took 35 minutes to repaired.

Billy was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Discovered previous heating mistakes which he brought to my attention and resolved. Although at this time we are not ready to have the heating replaced but we do know who to turn to when needed (Travis Crawford).

As of June 12th Josh came out to do regular maintenance. A friendly guy and very helpful. Showed me an area of concern as well as advised me. He also helped me with a picture I needed taken while he was in the attic. Thanks again, Josh.

The company we have used for years was a husband & wife team. They retired and sold their business. We were not happy with the new company and my husband found Travis Crawford. This was our first-time using Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing. Our technician was Dillion. He was on time, very polite and professional. It was so refreshing to have a conversation and hear such positive things about his work and the company he works for. That tells me a lot about this company.
