Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing

I've heard the commercials on the radio and I really liked the straight forward no shtick approach. Travis Crawford was 1st company I called when my A/C started blowing hot air. It was after hours so it took a little more time than usual, but nothing unreasonable. Josh arrived and was super pleasant (I mention this because I've met on-call persons that are irritated to be on call) Josh diagnosed and explained everything he was doing. It was a simple repair but not cheap due to a couple factors, BUT I'm glad it was not 90+ degrees in my home anymore. I would certainly recommend this team to my friends and family.

The technician did an outstanding job. I asked him is he enjoyed working with the company. He said he felt valued and the best company he has worked for. Once he surveyed the issue he reviewed with me in detail on how to repair the job. When he had to go to get a part he asked me if he get me anything with water or a soda. He was very thoughtful. Once the job was completed he tested his work three times to insure it was working properly. He lived out the values as advertised in your ads.

Luckily Joey was able to meet me today for a quote and discuss options for repair vs replacement of an attic air handler and outside unit…he let me watch and ask questions from the pull down attic steps (good opportunity to learn), Joey answered all my questions…the unit was installed in 2005 (3 story townhouse) and so we decided to replace it…Joey arranged a portable AC unit for the bedroom til our install date next week and that will work just fine! He was very professional! I especially appreciate the text message that told us a bit about Joey including his length of work in HVAC industry and his military service! That’s reassuring!!

When my air went out and I knew the summer was approaching soon I started to panic!!! I mad a call to Travis Crawford heating and air. I will give this company TEN ⭐️ STARS …From the moment called I received the most professional response (Leslie ). Joey was out to my home the same day did an assessment and calmed my nerves. The following day , Install - Brand new air conditioner. My team was AWESOME!!!! Brandon, Joey, the parts driver, Steve and Mike the mangers This company DELIVERS!!!!!! I Highly recommend!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Alex did a great job. He diagnosed the issue within 1 minute of listening to the outside unit. Wasn’t the news I wanted, but good to know I was dealing with someone that knew what they were doing. The part needs to be ordered and he will be back to perform the repair. I’m confident it will be done in a professional manner. I’ll leave a follow up review if not.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They really look out for the customer's best interests. Reasonable pricing, outstanding service. I've had new HVAC and water heater installations, and routine service/maintenance for a few years now, and every visit has been highly professional and respectful. No high-pressure salesmanship or rush jobs, just excellent service.

Great company who cares about its customer before, during, and after service. As a new homeowner, I was left with an outdated aquatherm HVAC system that most companies wouldn’t touch or highballed their quotes, but not Travis Crawford. We have used Travis Crawford twice now for HVAC installation and issues. Highly recommend. They are responsive and on time. They text you ahead of your appointment with a picture and bio of your technician. We have had Joey both times and he has been very professional and polite. Will continue to use them!!

My experience with this customer really showed customer service. It was a good bit out of the techs way and after hours. He didn’t miss a beat. No failed communication and got us taken care of. Much appreciated on every level. I am a first time home owner and I felt very comfortable with the information I was given about my AC unit. My service provider John Hodges was very friendly and thorough explaining the problem I was having with my unit. He took the time to help me get financed for a new unit, and walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend using Travis Crawford for any of your home needs.
