Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing

Gave me a quote for $3000 and the HVAC is only 4 years old. Got another quote for $1200. $1800 may not be much to them but that equals my mortgage payment and most of my utilities for a month. A real attempt at robbing a hard working person. I will never call Travis Crawford again.

Our technician Charles was very friendly and professional. He tried to fix our problem first, but we then decided to just replace the valve. Also, want to say Ashley, who answers the phones and sets the appointments is great.

Routine maintenance check. Our tech Christopher Bryant, was incredibly friendly and professional. He was very thorough with his explanation of everything he looked at. Incredibly happy with this company!

Both Joey and Chris worked at our house. They installed new coils, performed maintenance on our units, ran wire to relocate our thermostat and replaced two thermostats with smart thermostats. They were both courteous, respectful, kind, efficient and professional. They both took the time to answer any and all questions that my husband and I had. Travis Crawford’s pricing was competitive and the workmanship was exceptional. We are happy to call them our new HVAC service providers and look forward to having Joey and Chris service our systems in the future. Very happy customers!

I have used Travis Crawford for my heating/cooling system maintenance for the last few years (x2/year maintenance.) The techs (Dillion, Chris, Josh, Joey) are always on time and so great to work with. I have referred TC to several clients and they are always pleased as well!

Jared, the field tech, who initially came out was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to understanding my options. The crew that came out for the installation of my new HVAC system were courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. Special shout out to Hickory, who went above and beyond in helping us. Overall I'm pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend them for installation.

We are thankful for the team led by Steve Hard that did our entire HVAC install for our new dental office. They went over and beyond to make the job go smoothly even though the architect plans were flawed in some ways. We had a leak and non working garbage disposal. The technician, Charles Brantley, was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the issue and made helpful recommendations on next moves to fix the issue. This was our first time but definitely will not be our last with Travis Crawford.

Wonderful service and people but the prices aren't even realistic. Charged me $90 for a service call just to quote me $1,700 to snake two drains. Another company did it for $77 and no service call fee. Hard to comprehend the pricing.
