Wes visited my home to diagnose and repair my AC unit. He was very professional, informative and very patient in listening to and answering my questions. He was on time and quickly found the issue with the AC. I am very pleased with the work and the cost was was very reasonable.

I called to schedule an appointment for my AC because it was not working. They had a repair man at my house within 3 Hrs. which was terrific and a life saver in this heat wave. The girl I spoke with was very courteous and nice and understanding of my situation.

Over the 40 years we have had maintenance contracts on our HVAC system, our experience in past few years with Ross and Witner has been the best! The technicians are trained to keep things running, give honest appraisals of condition and are not just there to sell their customers something that doesn’t need to be done! Ross and Witner has not installed a HVAC for us but I feel confident the professionalism and skill would accompany any service or transaction they performed.

It was the first time that I had Julian working on the system. He was polite and was thorough with the heating inspection. When finished he showed me the pictures of the fungus growing in my duct work. He told me the 3 options that I had and one was leaving it and letting it grow. I know that is coming into my house and I am breathing it so I went with the option to add a scrubber. Julian made the calls, got permission to pick up the one he felt was best and came back and promptly installed it. He made sure that everything was working properly. Thank you Julian.
