Julian was very professional and explained in detail the reason that we were having problems with maintaining a comfortable temperature. He also discovered a problem with the capacitors which were replaced.

Ross & Witmer is the company and Jerry McSwain is the man! We had a new heat/ac system installed two weeks ago and as a retired field tech myself (not HVAC) I can tell you these are some hard working people that did a fantastic job for us. Jerry went above and beyond by stepping in to tweak a wiring issue that was the fault of the builders 42 years ago. Jerry knew exactly what to do and it was done in a few minutes, How many salesmen do you know that get their hands dirty and really know their stuff??? Ross and Witmer is fair, honest, and cares as much about their people as their clients. Their techs are knowledgeable, hard working, and as honest as can be. We love our new system and we love Ross & Witmer.

Julian came out today and was great. Yesterday they installed a new heat pump also great service.
