I had my ancient gas furnace and AC Unit replaced by this company and so far I could not be happier with that decision. Twelve months in, I just had my equipment serviced by Toby Newton amd he was excellent. He was friendly and thorough, and took the time to fully explain an issue as well as laid out my options to resolve it. Thanks to everyone at this company!

11 Year old system and I've never had it checked! Reviewed all components and let me know about items within tolerance but might go bad soon, super fast and friendly- Glad I had them come out to check it before it gets too hot!

From the first phone call, there was nothing less than professionalism. Josh, was my first in person contact & he was knowledgeable, respectful & fully understood that we were in need. He provided information on who to contact to help with the process which was more than l thought he would do. Next Nate & another gentleman arrived to perform the service of installing the heater & they went above & beyond, especially since we lost power & the house felt like a icebox. In short if you need service, you cannot get better than One Hour Air & Heating.

JB found some pretty big issues with my system. He explained what they were and showed me exactly what he found. He even helped me out with getting info on what next steps should be. I appreciate how honest and helpful he and Ron H. were, and feel they both went above and beyond!
