Company installed unit and then we used them for regular maintenance and tuneups. When we tried to stop the maintenance plan, they said we had to speak to a “manager”. Worse than cable companies! They try to keep you in “Comfort Club” plan which is totally unfair! I will be sending a complaint to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, and continue to report this terrible and unethical behavior!

I have used One Hour Heating & Air to maintain my HVAC system at an office condominium for the past 3 years, and I have been pleased with their service and cost. I typically don't buy service contracts of any kind, but their Comfort Club service has been valuable in that they provide two preventive maintenance services (they won't stop calling you until they are booked) each year and they provide me with priority response when I need it. The techs they have sent me are friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy with upsells. They back all of their suggestions with pictures and explanations.

This is my second experience with One Hour Heating and Air. I had a HVAC system checkup/inspection that was completed by Dustin. Just like the first time, I was provided with courteous and professional service. Dustin answered all of my questions and explained everything sufficiently. Thanks again!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE COMFORT CARE PLAN. The tech that came to my house and sold me the plan said I could cancel at any time at no charge. I had to cancel the plan because I was informed that if One Hour Heating and Air worked on my system, it would make the system's warranty null and void. I called to cancel the plan and they continued charging my card saying my cancellation was still being processed, even though the phone representative said it would be canceled the day that I called. Now today, they called and said there will be a $98 cancellation fee. No customer service. Not true to their word. False advertising. Highly disappointed with this company.
