AMAZING Customer Service! Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Tom answered all of our questions as well as addressed any concerns we had regarding the installation of our new AC/Heating Unit.

Dillion Cole, exhibit all the qualities of professionalism, by identifying himself, his company and the reason for his visit! Dillion, had given valuable information that I could use in the future as far as far as keeping in mind of the Freon’s longevity and its replacement. Very respectful of my time and approach me as in a very respectful manner and asked me is this a good time for him to communicate his findings that was a unique experience.That was an awesome experience!

They got me on the schedule within a couple of days. Let me know when the tech was on the way. Lamar was great! Showed me the snake that messed up my compressor, checked for my warranty and had the new one installed in no time! I highly recommend One Hour

Dylan did a great job and was very personable to deal with. He was able to show me all of the issues and give me options that he thought would be best from either maintenance or a new unit. He stayed throughout the entire process calling in for a second opinion. Very good job and felt comfortable throughout the process.

Lamar always does an amazing job, first time he came to service my unit, I immediately called one hour and requested he is the only one that services my unit and I haven't looked back since. Highly knowledgeable, experienced and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He's a straight shooter, 10/10 recommend Lamar for any HVAC work.

Jake did a great job! He was nice and professional while ensuring that all my questions were answered. He gave me advice on the time frame in which to change out my filters and why it was important.

One Hour Heating Air came out to install a circuit board in my air conditioning system. Garth was very thorough and was concerned about a few other things going on. He called his supervisor to discuss the issues. His supervisor came out and they worked to get the issues solved. Garth explained it all to me so that I could understand. I would recommend One Hour to anyone.
