Great Job!! Got home and it was 81 degrees inside. Within 2 hours of discovering the problem Mr. Stocker (Eric) had the AC working again! Fair price too!

I loved working with Garth. He is by far the best technician I had during my time working with this company. If I was doing reviews on just Garth, there would be a 5 star rating.

I called One Hour Heating & Air because as a result of various neighbors suggestions. I also enjoy your commercials! Nick was helpful and provided detailed information regarding the maintenance process. After the maintenance was completed, he showed me pictures of my system, walked me through the what was needed and not needed, etc. He answered my questions, was respectful of the property and carried out his job with pride. The comments from my neighbors were right and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was the way to go!

The whole crew was great. They work well together and are very helpful. System was professionally installed and they really did make sure unit looked good and site was cleaned. You could tell they really liked their job.

Great company. Professional courteous ,timely, and kept our house clean. They continue to follow up after the sale quails. install to make sure everything is working properly. We love the way they each check and recheck each others work to conform the quality of the install. A+ service and quality.

AC went out over the weekend. Byron came out right away on a Sunday afternoon. Very thorough, knowledgeable & took the time to answer any questions we had. Would recommend.

Lamar was professional, detailed and informative. He explained what he would be doing today and updated me on the service after he completed. Offered to replace air filter but I had recently replaced and they didn’t need replacing today. Very satisfied with his visit today.

The service tech was very professional and thorough. He discussed all the options and did not push me to make a decision right away. One of the best tech I've ever dealt with.
