We've used their service a few times. Honest folks, timely and professional service. After hours (6:30pm Wednesday) request was resolved within 4 hours, start to finish.

Byron was incredible kind and went above and beyond to get our AC working again. He stayed beyond what he needed to, to make sure the job was done right and the AC unit was cleaned out after the repair. Highly recommend his work.

Unacceptable experience, but not surprising for this industry and company based on many negative reviews (shame on me for not researching further). I needed maintenance on my A/C unit and after a 4+ hour service call I was presented with a bill over $900. I was never provided any specific clear details on the issue but more importantly I was never given a quote on this is what it will take to complete repairs. I guess the Tech was assuming I was able to move forward and pay the bill without asking. When asked why I was not informed on the costs before all repairs were complete, he stated “I had to fix it, it’s what we do”. With the Tech being unable to explain root cause, I am also very confident unnecessary and unneeded repairs were made, as he said “we just had to fix it”. Overall very unprofessional and we will never use this service provider again or provide them as a referral. I have never written a review for any service or purchase, so I do hope this helps other consumers when you are looking for an honest provider to hopefully go elsewhere and find a more honest and “dependaworthy” provider!

Ron Hayward did an excellent job addressing our issue. He was thorough, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave us the diagnosis, walked us through our options and advised us on our next steps. We feel like he genuinely had our best interest at heart. We are very grateful for his expertise and highly recommend his services!

Received an honest quote today, better than 3 other companies in the area for a standard plenum swap. Replacing supply and return boxes, not adding any other service’s. Other all companies wanted to added unnecessary parts and services for above $5k. One hour came out and gave me the quote that was reasonable and needed.

From start to finish everyone at One Hour Heating & Air has been professional, efficient, and friendly. We had an excellent experience with them installing new systems for both upstairs and downstairs. Lots of follow up. Great communication. Installation was quick and easy.
