Roman and Jeff spent almost 9 hours here installing my new system. Jeff rebuilt my floor where my air handler goes. We had electrical work done by Cody as well. Everyone was very professional. It was a very long day for us and them. I highly recommend them.

Since 2011,our relationship with One Hour Heating & Air has been great. The most recent maintenance visit was no exception. Billy Cole is an excellent service tech who genuinely cares about the service he provides. This is a lost art these days. Billy represents the company's best offerings. A++

We had received a quote from another company after our annual heating inspection for over $10,000 worth of repairs - the claim was that all of the heat exchangers in both systems were failing, and the gas valves were also leaking. Called One Hour for a second quote, they came within 3 hours (standby appointment) and found NO problems with either system. I appreciate the prompt service appointment and the honesty. They could have claimed they found issues (less expensive) and tried to steal the work but they didn't. Integrity matters.
UPDATE: The original company came out again and showed both myself and my husband by camera the cracks in the heat exchangers. They are not to the point of being dangerous (not leaking carbon monoxide yet) but will need to be replaced soon. The original estimate was also in error - there are manufacturer warranties on both units - corrected price was approximately $4,500. Also, both units are high efficiency units with dual exchangers. We are disappointed by the pricing error by the original company, but also disappointed by the fact that the One Hour Heating tech did not see the cracks. We will be staying with the original company.

These guys are incredible!!! Called about an issue and the tech was here in less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem and then they sent out a second technician that had the part.
Total time from call-in to system working including new part was less than 1-1/2 hours.

I've used them for years and always been pleased. I've met a few technicians and Cody Gardner by far one of the best, honest, knowledgeable, super skilled and most helpful yet. Plus had great tips, advice and left with a smile and handshake instead of depressingly glad to be closer to quitting time like some so called professionals. My cat even enjoyed his company haha! The whole new system was installed in a timely manner. He and his crew were respectful of our property. The clean up was was extremely thorough. After he completed the installation. I'm writing this on behalf of my elderly mother whose been without AC for over a week now!!!!! I'm livid! She paid the installation fee and the part is covered but everyday she gets "oh the part isn't here check back tomorrow!" This is NOT healthy for her or her therapy animal. This company is horrible! I'm not only filing a complaint with the BBB but I'm also going to look into filing a claim in small claims court!
