The service technician, Brian was excellent. He came in and properly diagnosed the issue, quickly completed the repair, (despite a challenge or two), all the while providing a detailed explanation of what happened and answering my follow up questions thoroughly.

Had Duke Energy premium water heater warranty. Water Heater recently inspected. Had a leak and the water heater was replaced in a timely manner with a professional crew from Jim Dickerson Plumbing.

I worked at Jim Dickerson plumbing for 23 yrs. I was let go due to back/hip problems as well as IBS. I was out often due to unbearable pain. I received no severance pay or notice. The owners of this company only care about themselves.
