The technician was on time, performed the requested service in a timely and professional manner. He explained beforehand what was required to complete the job and the guarantee I would have. I will definitely call this company for any necessary services in the future.

The problem was quickly analyzed and I am ordering replacement parts under warranty. The parts arrived and the technician quickly repaired the hot water heater.

Well Jim Dickerson was on point again. Shower stopped working and Zack was able to diagnose it as a jammed o-ring in my main shower water valve. Got it working in no time. Charged me a trip visit and it's back up and running.
