I used them for my water heater installation. Very easy to schedule services, very good with receiving offline quotes and ultimately a great job done. We bought the water heater from Lowe’s and they installed it. Every other quote was over 4k with the water heater included and we got the work done in nearly half of that with our approach. Our water line busted last night during to the age of the pipes and flooded our basement. Zack came within an hour of me speaking with him and took care of everything! He did a great job and we will definitely call them for any plumbing issues!

My garbage disposal stopped responding to the switch, so I asked my friends for recommendations of electricians. I called Jim Dickerson before they opened this morning to leave a voicemail, and they called me back less than an hour later, scheduling me for same day!

I got a text confirming the appt had been confirmed, and another one confirming when our technician was on his way. Brandon was prompt, professional, and got the job done!

The company was a recommendation from friends. We contacted them around 7pm on Thursday night and got a spot for repair on Friday morning. Zach came out to unclog our washing machine drain pipe in the house. When he left we noticed the issue was not fixed and called back out. Zach turned right around to come back and finally got the issue resolved. So glad to have the issue corrected and in a timely manner.

We through there was some water leakage from the attic, with damage to our ceiling going up the stairwell n bedroom. Chris was very informative in explaining the problem which could be from the AC, or condensation from the roof, also showing me photo's of our water heater with no water leakage or damage. Very satisfied with Chris overall explanation performance.

Thorough investigation and resolution of our tank less water heater shutting down when rainwater entered the natural gas discharge line. Jeff reviewed the problem, contacted the manufacturer, ordered the part, returned and installed. Professional and courteous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Was told I had a leak that was going to cost $2,800 to repair. Had another company come out and they could not find a leak. It was an error from the water company.
