Jim Dickerson Co

Was having issue with my hot water heater. Duke power sent Dickerson Plumbing out. I checked the reviews once I now know who was coming and was very reluctant to go with them from what I read. I had talk with a very rude person already with Duke today I wasn't in the mood to chance another rude person. Repairman will be Joseph.
Well today Joseph "Joe" arrived on time. First impression everything to me. He was very professional, courtesy and knowledge. I like that he put his shoe covers on.. After briefing him on my issue he got to work. I like that he didn't mind answering any questions I asked him. Very good customer service skills. I'm so glad I had no issue. He checked everything out and found the water turn off was I think too low which was also causing a issue with my commode. He was very helpful in telling me what need to be done with commode. It was not covered on my plan and was more than I wanted to pay. That's the only reason I didn't have him do it. Can't say enough about Joe. If I have issues again I will ask for this company requesting Joseph because he do not fit the bill for any of the negative reviews I read.

FYI. I'm trying to do a new review for service done today 11/7/2022 but it keeps bringing up my old review with Joe. Not sure how I'm going to be able to do review for Lewie. The review that keeps coming up was done very long time ago. It keeps Posting as if I just done it.

I called Duke Energy for a repair over the weekend. Jim Dickerson called me first thing on Monday morning. They dispatched technician to come out immediately. Very impressed by the fast response! RJ came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and he arrived ahead of schedule. If you need any HVAC or Plumbing done right they have you covered! Ask for RJ! These guys were great. When our water heater broke, they came out same day and repaired the unit. They even squeezed us in earlier than expected thanks to a cancelation. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional and made all the repairs. Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was helpful. Could not be a happier customer. Highly recommend.

I called Duke Energy to report our water heater tank took a cramp. Not even 30 minutes later Jim Dickerson’s company called me and asked if I would be available today for a plumber to come out? OMG yes!!! Thank you! By 5pm I had a new water heater installed. Very kind, respectful, and described everything to me they were doing. Well done!!
