The Exact Temp Team came today to install a new HVAC unit for us! Their price for a GOOD unit was less than the other HVAC people in town and we felt very good about their knowledge of their trade. We're happy we chose them and look forward to having them again for the next need we have with the upstairs unit!

So knowledgeable, Kayvan, spent time to educate us on the problem and encouraged upkeep of the system to ensure its longevity. Then took time to write a detailed summary of the visit with photos and labels so that we could understand the issue. Just simply the best.

They came and performed diagnostic but were more interested in me paying $570 to have units outside cleaned. I did it with another company for $180, later they came back to finish the diagnostic and said the units were low on coolant and wanted to charge $780 to put coolant. They never really wanted to help fix the issue and reported wrong information to the warranty company. Will never use them again.

Our home warranty company sent Exact Temp out for an issue which was resolved over summer, then we had them come out for a tune up on our heater before winter. Really like the tech and service, plan on having them back in spring to make sure our old hvac came make it though another summer!

Excellent professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly, the repair was done and Kenny had our air conditioning up and running in this sweltering heat. We will definitely use Kenny and Exact Temp for our
future air conditioning needs!
