So funny story...we were having AC troubles and counldn't find anyone to come out for several days. Happened to drive past Exact Temp's truck parked outside my neighbor's house. Decided to call and the very helpful receptionist called to find out if the tech had time to come by. 15 min later I had Kenny at my house! Super nice, super professional. Confirmed what we already knew...that one of our units was low on freon. Also spoke to him about eventually replacing the units. He didn't try to sell me something right away, suggested we get through the summer and get a better deal in the fall. I LOVED that! We will definitely be working with Kenny when it comes time to replace. Prices were reasonable. Thanks so much Kenny for your help! It's much appreciated! GO NOLES!

Our A/C stopped working. Not only did he come and fix the issue but he cleaned up a mess left by a previous technician from another company. We are going to buy Exact Temp's maintenance program for our A/C and Heat and glad that we found them from our Home Warranty Company. Steven Bevis, our technician, was wonderful and we look forward to him working with us in the future. A great company.

Very courteous receptionist (Crystal), who provided up to the minute scheduling and arrival time. Once Ken arrived, he was polite,knowledgeable and provided information with no hidden cost.
