Had a clear explanation and review of the work by the technician Kayvon, who did a great job with the replacement of the regulator and additional parts on the heating system. Quick, clean work by Kayvon who was very helpful and informative. Reasonably priced as well. Would recommend.

Exact Temp communicated with me about setting up appointment time & arrival time. They arrived on time. They offered advice on what repair was needed & price. They suggested repair options. Did not make false promises. Kenny showed me equipment readings so I could see for myself what he was explaining & why he was offering his recommendations. Basically, Kenny (owner) seemed honest & reliable. The visit felt positive. I had a sense of confidence in his work. My neighbor had used this company & referred them to me. Now I know why & I'll also refer them as well.

They did annual maintenance on my AC I bought from them last year. The pro did a thorough review of system and explained everything. System is working perfectly. Also, office staff was great in scheduling this service. I am very pleased with Exact Temp!

They have always gone above and beyond. I've been with them 4 or 5 years now. Kenny was at my house a few days ago to fix a broken fan motor in my air handler that was under warranty. He went ahead and checked the other unit and ended up finding a wire that was burnt and would eventually short out. He also pulled coils out of my whole house fresh air system (came with the house) and cleaned them. I've owned this house since 2012 and never done it. It was very dirty. You might be wondering how much did the non warranty work cost? Nothing. He just went ahead and did it. I really appreciate it Kenny, and thank you for always being a professional and providing good quality and honest work. That's a rare thing to find these days.

Update: 5/7/21. Had an issue with the heat pump they installed. They came out quickly and fixed it at no charge. Great service and a great company. Still highly recommend.

Still excellent service. Kayvon has been to my house performing preventative maintenance on both systems for a few years now. Happy to say both systems are running strong. One system is 16 years old. I love this company and highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

I still love this company. Everything I've mentioned in the past remain true. I get routine preventative maintenance twice a year. Both my HVAC's are running great with no issues. I contacted Exact Temp regarding an air conditioner issue. The office personnel was polite and expressed their concerns for my dilemma and I was given an appointment the same day and only a few hours later the technician arrived at the time promised.
The technician, Kayvan is very professional, attentive, and courteous. He discovered and explained the problem, and stated the solution in detail; and the issue was resolved. Great customer service will never go out of style. I high recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

They went over and above to get someone to us ASAP. Professional service man who told me everything he was doing along the process. The whole team from the initial phone call to service was less than 24 hrs. This was a home warranty call which I’m sure a fixed rate is in place and they treated me as if I was there only customer the service was that good! Highly recommended!!
