We were referred to Exact Temp thru our home warranty company and they did a great job. Good communication and our technician, Keyvan, was outstanding. Very professional, thorough, and COVID compliant. Thanks very much! Nice to have our upstairs AC working again!

I was waiting on another company for four days and on the day they were scheduled to come, they rescheduled for three days later. We called Exact and someone was out the next morning. My repair person was personable and efficient. Most importantly, my air works again. The price was fair and I am considering signing a maintenance contract with them

Kenny is a refreshing rarity in the HVAC industry. He is honest, intelligent, and exceptionally diligent and conscientious. I had another company replace my coil. My A/C stopped working a few weeks later, and that company told me my compressor was burned out and they wanted $1,700 for labor to replace it under warranty. I’m SO glad I called Kenny! He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the REAL problem — that the other company had screwed up the installation of the coil! Kenny was able to fix it for a lot less. I’m now an Exact Temp customer for life!

Kevin was courteous and very helpful as he answered all our questions regarding a home we recently purchased. He made appropriate recommendations and also told us which upgrades or repairs can wait a while to help us save on costs. Their maintenance plan is also competitively priced.

We have used Exact for a few years and we cannot be happier with their service. Our technician Steve is awesome and we look forward to seeing him at our maintenance time. I highly recommend.

Kris “the tech” came out diagnosed my system and even reached out to the manufacturer and found out that the part I needed was under warranty. I am absolutely blown away by their level of service. Had a different company come out first and they tried to sell me a whole new system! Exact Temp was honest, professional and they will be my only call from now on!

Exact Temp Heating & Cooling was great to work with. The technician, Kris, was very nice, explained and repaired the issue and even provided pictures of the problem located in the crawl space. Not what I expected to be associated with a Home Warranty repair. Outstanding and I would highly recommend.

Very professional and speedily efficient team. Their technician came earlier than the scheduled time for which l was so appreciative given the hot and humid conditions that l had to endure (prior to the technician's arrival) because of the non-functioning AC. Their expertise was on full display as the technician zeroed in on the cause of the AC problem(s) and then had my AC working again (much sooner than expected)! I have nothing but kudos and a well-deserved accolade for the Exact Temp & Cooling team! Their friendly and experienced staff (coupled with the empathy shown for my discomfort) has earned them an A+ in my opinion. My home is comfortably cool again!

Exact Temp provided excellent customer service and repair time for replacing our HVAC. Prices were competitive, communication was transparent and best of all the work and parts are warrantied by them- a local provider. I hope not to need them again but if anyone else does they are at the top of the list for my referral!
