    Technician was pretty good in diagnosting the problem but pray that you do not have a bad part that need to be replaced.
    He found a bad capacitor that he quoted me for $660 and of course I refused . I bought it for $18 on Amazon and replaced it the next day.
    OUTRAGEOUS price %4500 profit.

    Scheduling appointments is easy. Technicians are courteous, efficient, prompt, skilled, and knowledgeable. They know our system and usually send someone who has been here before. Pricing is fair. We have used them for 10+ years. I believe they have grown over that time, but we still get great customer service, unlike some of the larger HVAC firms in Westchester.

    I have been using Maximum for past few years and have been quite happy with them till recently. I think they are good with gas system, so if you are with gas boilers, you can stop reading now. DO NOT use them for oil boiler repair/maintenance. They did maintenance for me, but the water still comes out dirty... they tried to fix a boiler problem, but the part they wanted to replace was working totally fine after another independent diagnosis. And they also messed up with the control panel, or at least didn't point it out during the maintenance. It was working fine before, and broken after they came. I had to pay someone else to fix it... I hope they had just told me they cannot do oil system.... that could have saved me a few hundreds dollars. Staffs are very friendly and nice. But in terms of result this time, I am very disappointed. I would just give 1 star for this experience. The extra points are for their previous gas work.

    Even though the system is 23 years old, they did not try to sell me a new one. This year Mario C. came and continued this tradition! It was a pleasure to have him here and would gladly welcome him again in the future.
