    Waited two days for a service call. Technician was very nice and explained what the problem was. It was a SMALL broken plastic piece on furnace. He stated that he was not sure if they could replace the piece and that my 11 year old , well maintained, high efficiency furnace may need to be replaced because of this little plastic piece. About 20 minutes later I got a quote of almost $9,000 for new furnace. Seems like they never even checked to replace the plastic nipple and just wanted to replace the ENTIRE unit. At least they agreed to refund the $180 service call.
    End of story - Furnace repaired by me with minimal effort $ 9000 saved.

    Great professional people. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and easy to deal with. I had a heating emergency in one of the coldest day of the year and 2 small children at home. Maximum Indoor Comfort was prompt, professional and so helpful in solving my problem. The technician even gave me suggestions of how to prevent this issue to happen in the future. I am so thankful to MIC for their work. I strongly recommend this company to anyone with issues on their heating and A/C issuers.

    Very prompt! Our A/C stopped working in the afternoon on a very hot day. We didn't expect same-day service given the time of day, but they were at our home within an hour and we were up and running quickly after that. We appreciated that a lot. Our technician Abdul S. was very personable and knowledgeable.

    We had a plumber from MIC come out to assess whether we can get a tankless water heater to replace our very old tank heater. The guy who came out insisted that our utility room was not set up for tankless and that we had to run the exhaust through our exterior wall. This is not true. We chose MIC specifically for their tankless expertise, but the guy they sent was clearly not an expert in tankless installation, in addition to charging us for a consultation that was not actually accurate. He is otherwise very friendly and courteous, which I appreciated.

    We had a plumber from another company come out today who said tankless installation was not a problem at all, just run a pipe to upstairs to vent. We have a very standard utility room, so this is what we expected.

    Great experience with them. I had a leak coming from our AC unit that was soaking our wall. They found the problem, gave me a reasonable quote for the job, and came back to make the repair.

    They were very professional, wore masks, and booties in the house. They explained everything they were going to do. When the first solution didn’t pan out, they took the time to explain the alternative solution and made sure I was ok with it. They also did all of this in the pouring rain!

    I highly recommend them.

    They came and serviced my old boiler. The guy was very friendly and professional, he also wore boot covers in my house. Did a routine maintenance and everything was fine. I definitely recommended this company! And will be using them next year.

    I am not sure how those positive reviews come from, might be their employees and relatives?

    If I could give them 0, i will not give a second thought. I had a damper issue, they promised on email to send an experienced technician to fix it, yet a rookie showed up that day, starting making calls to his master since the first minute when he saw the issue. After half an hour, he claimed nothing was wrong, except I have to manually switch on and off the thermostats to control temperature on the first and second level separately. Excuse me, if so why shall I bother with installing 2-zone system? After I reminded him, he finally admitted that one damper was malfunctioning. I knew the cost of damper which is $80 and I did not say it and let him quote. You know what? He gave me an estimate of $820 after he called his office again.

    Stay away from that blood-sucking and unprofessional company. I will not let them get any of my business from now on. If you do not believe it, just try it.

    Got an appointment within 2 days and work was completed 10 days later at my request and covenience. Abdul was incredibly knowlegeable, and even better, he was prompt. Mario did a great install.
    I should also mention that the price was about 25% less than the competing quote and for a larger unit. No need to call anyone else in Westchester for AC; I have done the legwork for you.
