I have been with Maximum Indoor Comfort for a number of years now and of all the heating/cooling servicing companies I have dealt with in the past, they are the best. Not only are they good technicians but they are very professional, very respectful of my home (making sure they keep my house clean by using covers for their shoes and leaving the work area clean and tidy. They are always on time with their appointments and send you reminders. They also make recommendations about potential problems that may occur with my heating/cooling system. I will recommend them anytime!!!
These guys do not know what they are doing. They charged 23000$ to install a central air unit in 2019. The compressor blew out two years later for which charged 5000$ to replace. Now water leaked from central unit in attic destroying attic because their “levelling” job was not professional and messy. The little plastic cubes they used started to fall apart and looked like amateur work. Don’t give them business you will regret
We had Maximum Indoor Comfort replace an old ductless spit unit and they completed it within 2 days. Mario and his team were on time and were very thorough with their work. We look forward to using them for our yearly cleaning service. Thank you!!!!
We purchased an entirely new central air system in October of 2019. We have had so many issues. We needed to purchase a brand new compressor in 2022 and now we just found out from another technician that they didn’t level the unit properly and now it’s leaking water through the second floor ceiling. What a headache! It’s only 4 years old and it’s had many issues!
I called MIC on a weekend because my heating stopped working. The communication was excellent, they arranged an appointment promptly the same day. The technician was on time, polite and professional. However the company is way too expensive. They charged me $450 to diagnose that the problem was a switching relay (that amount might be reasonable because it was a weekend emergency visit) but they asked for $1000 to change the faulty relay. I asked for a second opinion and I managed to do the job for half that price.
I was able to book an appointment very quickly. MIC notifies via text with the name and location of the technician. You can click a link to up date and see how close the technician is. This is great cause it helps you know when they will arrive.
Randy came on-time. He is very nice and very professional. He was extremely patient and answered every question in great detail. The issue with my system could only be narrowed to either one of two components, but not for a lack of trying or knowledge. Randy took the time to explain everything and my options. Great service!
Maximum Indoor Comfort is a bit tricky. We moved into our new place and they came to help with an AC leak and then later a boiler issue. The thing is that they have a lot of availability and the service call cost is quite reasonable and low.
Once they do the diagnostic though, be prepared for some jaw-dropping quotes to do the work (3X of what I was ultimately charged). After work was done, another problem with the boiler happened and flooded my basement. I spoke with the manager who was a bit pushy and aggressive, that these were not related and offered me ~$100 off the absurdly inflated price. No thank you.
Those things together, I will not be using Maximum Indoor Comfort again and would definitely not recommend this company to someone. I will say the technicians that came were all knowledgeable and very nice.
I would definitely use this company again. The worker Randy was very professional, and took his time explaining the details of fixing my problem.. it’s great to find a company that cares about customer service .
I’ve been using their services for more than 5 years. Their work is exceptional. Their service and repair workers are the best we have ever used. Extremely knowledgeable, neat and professional.
Repaired hot water heater. I called in the morning and they were at the house by early afternoon! Very responsive! Friendly and helpful. Fixed the problem with the pilot light. We were very satisfied with the work.
