I had 3 separate HVAC companies coming out to take a look at my problem, Metropolis HVAC is the only one that actually looked for the problem, and resolved it on site! The other two companies didn't even look for the problem before recommending me to get a new system, which would have been costly. It pays to have someone honest and tells you the truth! I'd recommend Metropolis any day!

Called to see if they could help with cleaning my vents. Very rude reception from the person who answered the phone. If this is a black owned business I am very disappointed especially since I went out of my way to find one. If this review allowed for zero stars they would have received none at all. The person who answers the phone at a company is the first impression of your business. They should take more pride in that.
