Woke up to a ruptured hot water tank and basement mess this morning.Immediately called Adams for service . Spoke with Chris who gave me an estimate over the phone which was very reasonable and within an hour I had two techs at my home with new tank and parts ready to install. Both techs were knowledgeable , friendly and diligent in getting the job done. 100% satisfied with all aspects of the install.
Kudos to Andrew and Tom for their hard work as my basement presented some challenges for access and installation.

We recently had Adams install a new AC unit for us. The experience was entirely positive from our initial communications with sales consultant Chris Church who promptly provided a detailed reasonable quote to installers Ron and Bernie who were punctual and professional. We had used Adams in the past to install a new furnace and our neighbors recently used them to install new AC and furnace. Thanks to Chris, Ron and Bernie for their efforts! We are satisfied customers!

Excellent service. Santos was thorough, efficient, and courteous. These are real professionals who perform a service well worth the cost. We plan to continue using them for all our HVAC needs.

Just want to send my kudos and thanks to Adams Heating and Cooling and Andrew who was the tech on call. I had originally booked my appointment online but was unaware they were closed today for the holiday weekend. When I called, thinking I was confirming the appointment, answering service picked up and explained situation and I gave them my contact info. Andrew called within 10 minutes and said he was on a call but would call when finished. He did and was at my house within the hour. Took a short time to cool the house but great news...AC is working again! Great job!

We bought a house last year and everything was in working order. This year we when we turned on our AC it didn't work. After having more than one company turn down our request for service, Adams Heating and Cooling came out on the hottest day of the year and quickly repaired our AC and got it running again. We were very pleased with the Dan Hayner's level of professionalism and service. We will continue to use this company.

I am new to the Schenectady area and was referred to Adams by my relator. From the moment I meet Jake- everything was top notch. They installed great air conditioning and heating units throughout my house. He gave me a fair price. When I had issues with my house and had to delay installation- Jake accommodated me. Jake helped coordinate the project. He was a great communicator. Great company! I highly recommend them.

Jackson and Kyle were an excellent crew who arrived on time and communicated with me regularly during the three days they worked at my house installing a heating and AC system and cleaning my ducts. I felt comfortable and informed during the process. Thank you for a great experience!

Adams HVAC was recommended to us by a friend of a friend who spoke very highly of the company. My first experience was talking to the scheduler who was very knowledgeable and got us set up right away... We got estimates on the repairs we needed, which we found were reasonable and before you know it they came, they fixed and are out the door. The overall experience was quite pleasant. I would recommend them.

I had to have a whole new heating/air conditioning system installed. Chris (the sales person) came to my house and thoroughly explained everything. Their pricing was considerably lower than the first estimate I had gotten from a competitor. As soon as possible (It is freezing weather and I had no central heat) Jackson and Kyle came to install the unit. They were very considerate and thorough doing their job.
