The Adams Heating & Cooling team were just that. A TEAM! Rich and Jake in the office and Steve and Scott in the field handling these very efficient installation of a new AC unit to replace mine originally installed by Adams 26 years ago. With the current Pandemic and temperatures heading higher over the next few weeks my installation was thankfully able to to be moved up from its originally scheduled date and competed on a Saturday morning. In the nick of time as a heat wave with 90’s and humidity came upon us. Thank you

We had our Furnace and Air Conditioner maintenance done Tuesday August 4th during A Tropical Storm Dave the Technician did an excellent job under not so good condtions.After job was done he took his time and explained what he had done and suggested things that may need attention in the future. Have used Adams Heating for over 20 years and would highly recommend

Adams recently installed a ductless HVAC mini split system in my 90 year-old home. They did a great job at a competitive price. The technicians were top notch and this company is overall very professional. It will be great to have AC this summer.. If you have an old house with a hot water boiler and radiators for heating, Adams is the firm to call to retro fit an AC system.
Also,love the fact that they are a top rated Mitsubishi dealer, that offers 5 years of ,parts and labor coverage on Mitsubishi high tech heat pump syatems, if one contracts with Adams for annual system Maintenance. I recommend using this company for your HVAC. needs.

Really disappointed. Purchased a brand new oil heating system a few yrs ago that recently broke down. Called Adams for service & was told that they no longer service them. It would have been nice for Adam's to notify their customers via postcard that they were no longer servicing the oil furnace systems they had sold.

Great experience. A knowledgeable employee called me back within 30 minutes of my call and asked me what the problem was. He also asked that I send him a picture of my hw tank via text. He then laid out my options and provided the exact cost of each. He explained the pros and cons of each option. Once I decided on a unit, he had two men out the same day. They replaced my hw tank and took the old one with them. The men were polite, professional and quick. They left no mess. I could tell that they were proud of their work. This company exceeded my expectations in every category.
