On a day where wind chill was under -20, I woke up to a cold house and a furnace that wasn’t producing heat - after trouble shooting everything I knew how to do (I’m pretty handy), I decided to call an expert. I called 4 places before I called Adams. Two didn’t answer the phone, one said they would put me on the list but didn’t guarantee anything, one said they could get someone here on Tuesday (4 days away!) Adams was the first phone call where they seemed to actually care and tried to troubleshoot with me on the phone. I needed someone and 45 minutes later I had Bob at my door. I watched Bob work. He knew what he was doing. He worked quick. Thirty minutes after he arrived, my furnace was fixed and I was only charged for 30 minutes of labor and a couple parts. I whole-heartedly recommend Adam’s and specifically Bob!

Ron and Dave from John Adams showed up exactly at the time I had been told they would. They were friendly and worked so carefully, always picking up any parts of my old unit and the packaging from my new one.
Everything went as Jake Raucci had assured me that it would and the men finished installing my nice, new Rheem Central Air unit in several hours. They did a great job running the new lines in the basement, keeping everything neat also.

Chris Church was my salesman and he was very attentive, knowledgeable and more importantly patient with my detailed questions. I really appreciated that he invited me to take a tour of your showroom. He not only brought me into your display room, but also introduced me to people on your staff. It was a pleasure, and very easy working with him.

Your installation crew of Ron Zadrozny and Dave were excellent. I could tell immediately they paid attention to details and took pride in their work. They didn’t’ take the easy solution to any issue that might have arrived, thought it thru, and did the right thing. It showed in the final product. Ron even spent the time to show me how the system worked and gave me some preventive maintenance tips.

All 3 of them represented your company well, and it was a very pleasurable experience.

He explained my options and gave me pricing and even though it was a holiday right in front of us, he had my appointment scheduled right away. The price was very fair, more than $100 less than any other service I called and the guys were on time and personable. Great job!

Our heat went out on New Year's Eve (sub zero temperatures outside). Adams Heating & Cooling was able to get us on the schedule right away for heating service. Bob the technician came right away, got right to work and had us back up and running in less than a half hour. He was very professional, careful not to track snow/salt in by taking his shoes off upon entering and explained our situation to us so we understood the circumstances. Very happy and will use again for emergency heating service in Clifton Park.

Outstanding customer service! Heat stopped working yesterday, the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. Our Carrier furnace had an Adams Heating & Cooling sticker on it - the previous owner of the house had the company install it a decade ago. We called at 8pm and left a message with the answering service. Less than 5 minutes later, a technician named Andrew called us back. He gave us excellent advice for troubleshooting the thermostat and deciphering the codes relayed by the blinking red light. Appeared to be a problem with the ignitor. He advised that we call the next morning to be put into the schedule. We were impressed that he wasn't pushing for us to have an after-hours service call. He was focused on what was best for the customer. We called the office 8am the next morning and they told us a tech would contact us sometime noon-4. At 12:30, Andrew called and told us he was on his way. At 12:30, he was hard at work replacing the control panel and ignitor. By 1:30, our heat was working again. Fantastic! Thank you Andrew! Prompt, courteous, professional service. We are very grateful.

Excellent customer service. Came within 2 hours after we called them when our old furnace stopped working. Had a quote 2 hours later for a new furnace and it was installed the next day. Everyone we talked to was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Our infuser motor on our 20 year old furnace suddenly quit, and Adams quickly responded. The technician ordered a new motor and actually got the old one to function so we were not without heat. Unfortunately, when the new motor came in, it would not function, as it was an aftermarket part and did not draw enough amps. That left us with no choice but to replace the furnace. Jake R. gave us an immediate quote for a new Rheem furnace, and was able to schedule installation for the next day. Dave and Anthony arrived right on time, worked efficiently all day long, and by 3:30 pm we had a new functioning furnace. Dave and Anthony were great, courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend Adams Heating to anyone, and we have!
