We had our ducts and vents cleaned and a new heating and air conditioning installed this past Monday and Tuesday. We cannot say enough good things about the whole process! Jackson, Kyle and Adriana were awesome. It was 90+ degrees and humid and they never complained and just got the job done! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all of our questions and went through both systems with us. We will recommend Adams to everyone!

Adams has been maintaining my AC and Heating System for over 20 years. Always been great. This year (after 25 years) we replaced the furnace and AC. Price was reasonable but best was the service. Great staff doing all aspect. Richie was good at giving us estimate, Jason at scheduling, Eli/Kyle great installers. They explained everything. Neat (basement is now cleaner than it was when they arrived). They also noticed that my dryer vent had come loose and fixed that.

I initially had an issue with my inground pool heating unit which would not fire. I contacted most all of the pool companies figuring that was the best avenue. They all either sent me to individuals who did that kind of work or did not answer the phone. No one contacted me during the week that I tried to get help. I had a bad experience with Home Advisor previously, but I tried contacting Angi's list figuring that it was worth a try. I filled out the questioner on the web and waited. A short while later I received a call from Adams Heating and Cooling to verify my issue. The technician arrived later on the same day and was able to fix my heater. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

We could not be more pleased with the services provided by Adams Heating & Cooling. We first had Rich come to the house to discuss what we were looking for, which was installing a min-split in the garage. Rich was very knowledgeable and so nice and easy to communicate with. Our installers, Chris and Santos, did such a great job on installation day and really cared about the quality of their work, which was obvious. They wanted to be sure we were informed and happy every step of the way.

Adams replaced my heating and cooling system a few years ago. I got a few estimates and they were the mid point of prices which is what I look for. The installation was excellent, and everyone who has come out to do the bi annual cleanings has been excellent to work with. Highly recommend them!

Chris from Adams was an excellent installer. He is very detailed and meticulous. His installation is tweaked in a way that makes it much easier to service. He was patient with me as a very curious homeowner. I asked him maybe too many questions, and yet he was very accommodating. As an electrical engineer myself, I appreciate people that do excellent work with a pride that reflects how they would complete the work for themselves. Rich Perillo was an excellent representative of Adams and all the product offerings he presented were very solid and forward thinking. Jake in the office has been very responsive and supportive throughout this process also. Equipment is important do not get me wrong, but how it is handled, and will be maintained in the future is the most important part.

The team from Adams, Casey and Alvin, came on time, we’re very professional, and we’re very respectful. They gave me periodic updates on how things were going and how much time was needed to complete the work. Would recommend Adams to anyone.

Had our air conditioner yearly maintenance done today. The service technician was very professional and explained and answered all questions we ask. Felt very comfortable having him in our home. He did a great job.

Great service, friendly tech Joey M. was polite and explained everything well. He has been out a few times now since we moved in 2020 and each has been a good experience.

Adams installed several ductless splits in our home, which we love. Adams employees are always on time, polite, knowledgeable and diligent. Their sales and office staff are well-informed and very helpful. Cost was reasonable. We highly recommend this company.
