These gentlemen who performed my installation of the hot water heater and necessitated vent couldn’t have been more professional.. courteous and obvious dedication to their company!! Truly a pleasure to meet them and they readily answered any and all questions I had.. VERY experienced. They truly CARED!! Thanks, Wise!!

Unfortunately they don't have negative stars. This company caused over $18,000 damage to my siding blowing in insulation on half my home. He contracts through the NYSERDA program, not on his own recognizence and left a horrible mess, destroyed my siding, left an electrical violation, hammered in my siding with cut off roofing nails on the bottom, not the top nailing strip, and refuses to own up to the damage. He did send a letter that the state informed him he caused major siding damage and needed to replace it. He refuses to cooperate or pay a contractor to repair it properly as no one in his company has the proper skills or experience to even do what he's doing obviously. His response to countless bad reviews is to try and degrade the consumer and not own up to his poor workmanship and skills.

I requested a quote for a new air conditioning unit and this alone was enough to know to stay away.

The technician was 15 minutes late. We went down to the basement and he took a glance at my existing furnace and a basement window from afar. He asked if all of the windows were that type, and if I had insulated the attic. We proceeded upstairs where he told me he would run a quote and email it to me. I asked him if he needed to look at the ducts and he said no. I asked him if they did a schedule d form to calculate load and he said no. only for heating. I'm not sure why he would do a tax form for heating, but regardless he did not have enough information do properly size an air conditioning unit. He did not do any form of manual-j load calculation, look at any ducts, returns, windows, placement of condenser, requirement of condensate pump, house sq ft, room in the breaker panel, discuss efficiency, or any options.

Jeff and his team are awesome to work with. Even when they encountered an electrical problem from wires being jostled loose on my home built in 1875, they had an electrician come out and fix the problem at no cost. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the whole process with paperwork and NYSERDA. I highly recommend them.

They were very accommodating and professional. They just did my insulation last week and my house is already warmer. I would highly recommend them especially if you have a split level. They know them well!!

We are very pleased with the work your men did. We would be glad to recommend your company to anyone in need of this type of work. Your workmen were always very courteous and mannerly to our family.

The price was right... The workers that came to do the work were extremely friendly, but that's probably because they were smoking weed all morning in their trucks. Had them blow in some cellulose insulation on a band joist and insulate some walls in a new construction (with drywall already up per their request when they gave the quote). I told the foreman that part of the ceiling in a closet directly below some of the band joists was open where they were blowing the cellulose in. They stated they would use onion bags to contain the cellulose - my mistake as they dense packed a 2'x6'x8' closet full of cellulose. Oh they also popped multiple boards of drywall off because they filled the wall cavities to much. Use at your own risk!

Wow ! I now have for first time the same temp.in both the front of the house and back of the house. Nice. The installers were great, on time introduced themselves. I thought they were polite and they were very neat as well as efficient. I I would recommend Wise and use them in the future. Thank you!!!

They moved my property that was stored in the attic of my apartment, and put it in the apartment next door, without telling me. It wasn't until I tried to get into the attic weeks later that all the insulation feel on me, and all over the clothes in my closet. After taking a few hours to clean that up, I go in the attic, and all my property is GONE. After a few phone calls some (not all) of my property was recovered. The "founder" Jeff Flaherty will not pay for the missing items their workers took. He sent me an email stating that they "should have left my items there, and buried it as they were contracted to do"

Ryan was very professional. He answered my questions and gave some great advice. He scheduled some repairs and the men who came to do them were also polite and professionl. A great experience dealing with Wise. Gary Monna
