Wise Home Energy installed my new furnace and A/C last year. They also did some much needed beefing up of my attic insulation, and fixed an improperly vented bathroom fan. Their work was excellent, very thorough. Everything was done promptly and professionally. Having lived with the improvements for a year now, I can say it was money well spent. My energy bills decreased, and the comfort in my home improved. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I was very satisfied with my experiences with Wise Home Energy. I wanted to make big efficiency gains in a 65 year old house. I needed a new furnace and also a thorough overhaul of the existing minimal insulation. Wise Home Energy completed the second task and patiently explained a number of details with regards to the insulation options. Their people - including Jason and Jeff and the insulation crew - were very friendly and committed.

From insulation updates in previous homes and I am confident I will be impressed with the energy savings and also the reduction in ice buildup.

I contacted Wise Home Energy because I was concerned about our cold, drafty home. The home energy assessment was conducted in a timely manner. They provided us with some great recommendations, a CO2 detector, LED lightbulbs and last but not least spray insulation. We've already noticed a BIG difference. Our floors aren't cold anymore. I had Wise Home Energy come out on two occasions. The first was a clean and tune of my gas forced air system. The second was to fix some minor leaks detected in the gas line at various couplings where the pipe dope had begun to fail.

I had the same work team both times: Mike and Tom. I was particularly impressed with the respectful care they took in all endeavors regarding my home, the people inside, and any fixtures in the workspace. I thought about it for a while and have determined that these are probably the best service people I have ever had work on my property over the decades.

In having occasionally dealt directly with the owner, Jeff, I find that he is close to the clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Thanks to Ryan Puckett our experience with Wise Home Energy was extremely positive and comfortable throughout the entire process. He came in with a very positive reassuring attitude to ensure our home is energy efficient and functioning to it's highest potential. His extreme professionalism and respect is unlike any other. There was never any room left for doubt that whatever could be done was successfully done in a timely manner. The installers Tom & Mike as well went beyond our expectations, their craftsmanship was of high quality. Today it's hard to find contractors you can trust in your home and this team was exceptional in every way. This team feels like family, I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on them again for future projects. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Wise came to insulate my house -- something another company couldn't do. They showed up on time and finished in a few hours.

From initial inspection to finish, they have been professional, friendly and competent.

I had an energy audit completed in October 2019. The audit revealed, half of my home was insulated and I had four gas leaks in the basement. Ryan was more than helpful in guiding me through the process. The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, and cleaned up well afterwards. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was completed. I would highly recommend Wise Home Energy 👍🏾

I have no idea what their services cost as the work was contracted through the city's Housing Rehabilitation and Repair Program. My home was in rough shape when I bought it, and it needed significant insulation, a couple gas leak repairs, a new hot water tank, and a faulty bathroom vent needed to be re-routed. Mike and the other repair folks were friendly, professional, answered all my questions (even encouraged them!), did excellent work, and even gave me a few tips for maintenance. I highly recommend Wise!!

This is a review of having the exterior walls on my house dense packed with cellulose.
I happened upon Wise home energy by google searching for contractors that provided this insulation service. After reading reviews I had them come out for an estimate. Kirk, from wise was able to come out when it worked best for me and my work schedule and I was given an estimate that was better than 3 other competitors in the Rochester market. Some may say cheapest isn’t always best, but with this type of job, what could really go wrong? I chose to go with Wise, they were able to fit me in before it really started getting cold! The crew that came to do the work was very professional, and any issues that arose were brought to my attention and they were fixed to my satisfaction. I had this work done when it was around 20 degrees outside and there was only minor damage to some of the siding, I knew this going into it, when Kirk gave me the estimate he had warned about siding in colder weather and it was my choice to go forward with it. I actually had some scrap pieces of siding from when the house was done. The crew made it look like nothing happened and I am very happy with their work. While the workers were working on my house it was brought to my attention that a chimney for my water heater was disconnected in a chase that ran to the attic, this was an as found condition. We have been living with this unknown issue since the roof was put on prior to us moving in. There was a potential for a hazardous condition and it was caught and corrected. All in all I have noticed a huge difference in heating the house, it also retains the heat a lot longer.
