John checked all drainage lines with scope and provided recommendations for reducing water, dampness problems in basement.

I had them install a new furnace and ac last July and they did a great job! I discovered a leak on the furnace and they sent someone over in a reasonable amount of time to take care of it. Overall, they are a great company.

Giovanny and Dan did a great job installing the AC unit today! Showed up on time, performed work quickly, walked me through everything, and were very pleasant to deal with. Patrick, who worked on the scope of work and the estimates is also very professional and easy to work with. This was my 3rd call to this company. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work when I needed fast help with plumbing issues during past winter, and Paul and Pat came to the rescue. Highly recommend!

Wake up without heating. Called this company and I am very satisfied with their service. 2 young men came and took a good amount of time to try to figure out the problem once they did they gave me the estimate which the price was fair. During Thanksgiving dinner our disposal stopped working. The problem turned out to be the potato skins we put in the disposal created a blockage. Professionally taken care of. Quite expensive was the only problem.

So, if you see multiple reviews from me, please don't assume they are duplicates or that I'm an employee trying to pad reviews --- I really am just THAT pleased with them and make it a point to share my positive experience as much as possible. Most homeowners have a hard time deciding between "do I go with the most affordable? Or do I go with the company that I know will treat me right and stand behind their work?" Wischmeyers I'd the first company I've found that is both! John arrived as expected, was friendly, courteous, and got to work on replacing my leaky kitchen faucet. He explained the repairs that would be needed for the next repair in the bath, of my 112 year old home. Have already scheduled for that repair as well.

I called around to several places for a backflow annual water test and stumbled across them. They had the earliest availability, others were booked far out or wanting to come by for estimates beforehand wasting time….they were the least expensive and lucky me they came a day earlier than expected, Ofcourse they reached out to me beforehand for confirmation so it worked out even better. I love that the technician was courteous and careful with my things in my home and that he was punctual and engaging. I will definitely consider doing more business here for future maintenance needs on my home.

Our water heater quit suddenly and the status indicator light window was blank. There was no pilot light visible. I needed the help of a professional technical person to run a diagnostic and an estimate for any repair the heater needed. Paul Achim of Plumbing Plus answered my questions as he was going through his checklist. His knowledge and expertise was evident. I appreciated his explanation of technical terms in layman’s language. He highlighted pros and cons of current condition of our water heater and an estimate for addressing these and related issues. I am satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him and Plumbing Plus!
