    Wischmeyer’s Plumbing Plus was responsive to my request for service. They notified me when the service person would arrive.
    John was right on time. He was professional, pleasant and was able to promptly assess the issue and quote a reasonable price. He kept me aware of the status of his work and made sure his work area was left spotless. I will definitely recommend this business to others,

    I had several issues that needed to be resolved. Water was backing up and coming through the drainage pipe in our basement along with several sinks not draining properly. John evaluated everything, explained clearly what he felt was happening and what he could do to resolve it. There was no pressure or attempt at an upsell on something or trying to do more than needed to be done. He then completed the work in just a couple of hours and showed me what he had done. Very friendly and professional, we have one other project we are going to need to tackle and John was able to quote that for me so he can come back and do it in the near future!

    It was a broken outdoor spigot that I thought was a repair but could not be repaired. John had to install a new one. He worked very efficiently and was respectful of our home and to me. I have used this business in the past and have been very satisfied.
    The first photo is the old spigot, second photo the new. Much more aesthetically pleasing.

    John, Milan, and Joe, ALL did thorough and neat work at our home! We needed a garbage disposal replaced as well as the pipes under the double kitchen sink replaced and re-positioned to update the set-up, plus snaking an area of pipe in the basement involved with the water exiting to the septic. We appreciate their work and send our thank you to all involved!!

    We had our hot water heater serviced and John was professional and kept us updated on the steps he was taking to solve the problem as he went. A great experience! Will definitely call again for any service needs in the future!

    We had a faucet that would not shut off. Called them on a Sunday, technician came. He was not able to fix the issue. He charged us 193.32. He said to call the next day and that his supervisor could come and see if he could fix it. The technician said that they would not charge an additional service fee (only if they had to do something else). Supervisor took a long time to call back and said it would be an entire new service just to come out (and I would have to wait till the next day - in the mean time i have to shut off the water in the entire house). I feel like I just threw 200 dollars down the drain. Issue has not been fixed and I still do not have water in the house. Do not recommend this service and would not call them again.
    Update: their response below fail to mention that the isolation valves would cost 600 and would not fix the issue, just allow us to turn the water on. The supervisor told me he would charge the visit and could not come that day. I was able to get a different company who came on the same day and fixed the issue for 165. Thus it was their incompetency and not “a hard to do job”…
