The initial phone call was handled by Crystal - she was friendly, extremely sensitive to my dilemma and believe it or not, her demeanor calmed me down! Paul showed up almost exactly when Crystal said he would and from the time he hit the front door till the time he left, he was a pleasure to work with - he explained how things were supposed to work on the unit and even as I interrupted him many times with questions, it never bothered him to stop and give the answer! While we were waiting for the unit to cycle, he actually entertained me with some great stories! Talk about service with a smile! Wischmeyer’s has gained a new customer and while I hope I don’t need them, I won’t hesitate to call them! Thank you!
