I have had three of their technicians at my home doing installations and repairs. Each is exceedingly pleasant, courteous and on time. When an expert is needed their senior people are brought in with no hassle. We are very pleased and will use them in our next time of need.

I had a new furnace and AC installed last year. They were very professional and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier with the overall service. EJ came out to do a yearly maintenance check and clean to prepare for the winter season. He was friendly, professional and explained everything that he did. Im very satisfied with the level of service.

Giovanni was so helpful! My furnace thankfully was working just fine, but the awful Nest thermostat I had installed in July was not working. It taught me the very valuable lesson that “newer does not mean better”! Put my old thermostat back on and house warmed up in a couple of hours! Thank you thank you, so professional and helpful!!

Wischmeyer's plumbing was fantastic. Luckily they were able to see us the same day to diagnose our plumbing issue. Erik was the tech and he was very good to deal with, he explained everything. Erik did a neat and clean job, and made sure I was happy with the repair before he left. Very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Great people, good work and a fair price! My HVAC didn’t work on the coldest day of the year so far! They came right away, figured out the issue, grabbed the part and fixed it within a matter of an hour. I would highly recommend them and they were very professional! I like the fact that they gave me advice for the future too. If you have any HVAC issues call these guys…all the other companies in Rochester told me next week. These guys are the best and saved my pipes from freezing!!!!
