John was on time and diagnosed plumbing leak easily. It required having the MC water authority to come out and shut the water off at the street. Unfortunately they broke a valve cover but did indeed send a crew and did the work to replace the part that day. When they were done and turned off water John completed repair inside. John did a great job as he had done on a prior trip here. Office staff was very easy to work with and responsive! Thanks John

Paul and Will ran all over the place, from repairing faucets, plugged showers and toilets on the 3rd level to repairing and snaking the main drains in the basement. They were professional and explained every step and the cost associated with it.

One Sunday afternoon our utility sink had filled up and was overflowing. We bailed the water but there was obviously a huge clog somewhere because it kept filling up. We had to turn off the water and weren’t able to use our toilets, sinks, etc. Plumbing Plus had someone to our house within an hour and a half on a Sunday evening. Paul was very knowledgeable and got everything cleared and working for us that night. If you are looking for reliability, quality, and professionalism then I highly recommend!!
