My new 'replacement' kitchen faucet didn't work when we tried to install it. I called Leone's (great customer service) and Terry and Don were here the next morning!! The new faucet w/ spray hose that I had purchased was 'damaged'! They went out of their way for me (with my receipt) and got a replacement one!!! With their 'friendliness and the prompt installation I was so pleased!!! :-D

Andy and his team have completed numerous jobs for my family. Wether it was checking a leak or installing a new master bathroom their service was above and beyond. Terry has always been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative about what work is being performed. I highly recommend Leone Plumbing!

I was in need of an outside cleaning of a gutter/sewer drain pipe at my business. I decided to go with a smaller company. Kind of like my company. I explained to the woman who answered the phone what I needed and she pleasantly accommodated me with an appointment the same day. I asked how much the service would be and she stated that there is a $45 service call and if i decided to have the work done, the $45 would be credited toward the job. The technician/plumber, looked at what he was up against and said it would be any where between $280-$380. I agreed to have the work performed. He worked hard at the job for maybe an hour. Told me that there were extreme blockages in the pipe that he couldn't get through. His boss called me to explain that they either needed to bring back a bigger machine for another $3-400 or dig up the parking lot. I said no to that and was billed $280.00 for an hour of work that did nothing. He did remove some pieces of metal from the pipe but did not fix the clog. Being in the automotive business, he said there are always unseen things on a job which I understand but not explaining that I pay full price whether or not it gets fixed doesn't seem right. To use his analogy, If your car didn't start and I told your it would cost $300 to fix it, you pay me and it doesn't start, would you be happy? Probably not. I have no problem paying for a service as long as I get the risks explained to me. I also wish I could charge $280/hour for labor.

Andy returned my call right away, and was at my house within 2 hours on a Saturday to replace my hot water tank. He did a great job; hauled the old tank away and cleaned everything up. Would definitely recommend.

16 year old water heater failed early in the morning, before normal business hours. Andy Leone took my call, and discussed a plan for getting things resolved quickly. His crew, Terry and Matt, did an outstanding job--installation was completed same day.

Jamison installed a new kitchen faucet. His service ,and the office service was top of the line. Office called to inform me of his arrival which was prompt. The techs work was done with professionalism and courtesy. He even educated me on several items regarding my faucet and others.

Called on a backed up tub and Leone was there within 2 hours. Jamison was awesome. Professional, friendly and discussed how to prevent in the future. Looked at a couple minor things that we were having issues with and gave information on what was needed to fix them as well. I would highly recommend Leone.

Called, made appointment and was given a 4 hour window of when plumber would arrive. Had to call them up 15 minutes before the 4 hour window was up to be told they were busy. I asked why they couldn't just call and let us know instead of wasting 4 hours. They asked if they could reschedule then called back 5 minutes later and asked if they could come out right away. I said fine. They came out looked at my issues in 10 minutes then charged me $48 just to show up...late, and tell me that my problem couldn't be repaired. Guy clearly didn't want to be there. Not the type of service I expected to get from a smaller company.

What a great company, I called in the morning and someone came by early afternoon. The two gentlemen Terry and Mike were so polite, courteous, and professional. They were quick, efficient, and very clean! They explained the job to me, any risks involved. They also gave me an estimate for replacement bs repair of the pipes. They did not try to upsell me, I went with the lesser expensive option and I appreciated them not trying to push and upsell. Their contact went right in my phone immediately.

Have used Leone plumbing several times. Terry has always done a great job. Very honest and definately knows his business. I will highly recommend to anyone else in need of plumbing or heating/ AC services....Lyn S.
