We called Leone plumbing because we had a water leak and zero clue where it was coming from. Our ceilings were full of water and floors ruined!! They came out same day found the leak and repaired it. After all the damage from the water we needed ALOT of work done. New floors up stairs and down stairs the ceiling replaced and new counter tops! Lucky us they are a one stop shop! The next day they had someone come out and do and estimate and had supplies ordered in that week!! We had family from out of state staying with us so our house was a bit cramped and Leone plumbing was more than accommodating when it came to what time they could start and what rooms to start. Very respectful workers and very friendly! Definitely something you do not see that often anymore in that trade!! Very happy with their work!!!

I made an appointment to have Leone come out to repair my toilet fill valve and shower spigot. They had some truck issues but Andy communicated timing to me as best he could. Jamison came out and knew right away what needed to be done to repair both problems and had both issues repaired in about an hour, including running out to grab a part and coming right back. Jamison was very helpful and professional. Would recommend to friends/family.

Service arrival was very fast. The Technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues. The solutions were cost effective and honestly diagnosed without inflating the cost.

Our submersible sump pump must have burned out a three or four weeks ago and didn't realize it until I noticed wet areas in cracks in the concrete floor in the unfinished area of our basement. I removed the cover of the pump well and the water was up to the top. We immediately started calling plumber companies and Leone was able to dispatch a plumber out the very day we called (4/14/2021). Mike was able to replace the old pump with a new Liberty Sump Pump. Once it was plumbed and a new check valve installed, the new pump worked great to to remove all the water in the well and additional incoming water from the drains. Nothing got wet in the basement. Mike did a great job quickly installing the new pump. Potential catastrophe averted!

Leone plumbing and heating is great! They have helped us with a variety of plumbing issues in our home, most recently renovating our shower. What I really appreciated the most is that they don't try to convince you that you need all the extra bells and whistles.They will tell you what needs to be done and fix it for a fair price. Highly recommend!

I'm not one to write reviews but I had to commend the service I received from Leone. My guy was prompt, professional and took care of business quickly and cleanly. It was a simple job for him but for me it meant everything because I had tried a fix myself and made things worse. He didn't criticize me but rather commended me for my efforts and showed me what I couldn't have known without some experience. I'm very please all around with the service and rate and will recommend them to anyone.

I have had my mainline sewer snaked, water heater replaced and a complete new handicap accessible bathroom installed. I discovered my hot water tank was leaking at 6AM. I waited until 7:30AM to call Andy. By 9:15AM, two of Andy's plumbers were at my door ready to work with a new AO Smith tank in their truck. They took care of everything and the job was done in less than two hours. Everything was cleaned up well. Price was similar to other quotes I had received in the past. I would recommend Leone Plumbing to everyone.

Leone provided two services for me: backflow valve inspection and furnace inspection/cleaning. Very professional and responsive. Also, when I had an after-hours weather-related furnace issue and I called them, Leone called me back within a few hours and walked me through assessing and correcting the issue on my own, saving me both money and a very chilly evening (and possible frozen/burst pipe issues).

I called Leone because I had sewer water in my basement. Two guys came to my house and spent a couple hours snaking my sewer drain, but unfortunately couldn't clear it. The next step was to install a lot line clean out (which was an entirely new concept for me). Andy took time to explain it and answer my questions, and we decided to go ahead with this project. Andy handled getting the utility lines staked, acquired necessary work permits, coordinated the inspection with the City, and when the job was done he communicated with the County to ensure they would come back to my house to unclog the sewer. The crew that handled the work (digging up my yard and installing the lateral pipe) showed up when they said they would and worked with great care and professionalism to ensure the job was done right and within the timeframe that was explained to me. They took pictures of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. The County did show up later that afternoon, as expected, and cleared the stoppage.
