I called Leone Plumbing after my 89-year-old father tried fixing an outdoor faucet himself. After going to several hardware stores to look for the parts, he realized there was no way he was going to find them because his house was built in 1958. I called Leone plumbing and talk to the owner, Andy. He sent someone out within a day to fix the leaking faucet. The new faucet is amazing and so easy to use. Leone Plumbing made my dad a happy person. Thanks for your expedited service and great prices!!!

Fantastic responsiveness and excellent customer service from the very outset. I was given Leone Plumbing's phone number by my hot water heater's company and I'm glad they did. First, Andy answered my call within 30 seconds. Second, he listened to my situation and helped me troubleshoot to narrow down the options. Then he described a couple of courses of action to help me decide whether to repair the water heater or replace it. He was very honest and left the option open to have his technician still troubleshoot when he came on site and possibly save me the cost of a new installation. Despite a busy schedule he fit us in and had someone at our house with a new water heater in less than 36 hours. The job was done quickly, neatly, and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend Leone Plumbing & Heating to anyone that is looking for professionalism, honesty, fair pricing, and excellent work.

We were having plumbing issues and chose to use Leone as they had 5 star reviews. I knew I made the right decision when I called Andy on a Sunday night and he contacted me back within an hour. Someone came and assessed our problem the very next day! We felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. Of the three issues he found, we had one fixed right away and will definitely call Leone Plumbing back when we are ready to have the remaining issue fixed! My basement was flooded and it was 6 am. I looked online for a highly rated plumbing company and the rest is history. Within the hour, Jamie arrived and discovered why my basement was taking on water. Then, the owner Andy Leone arrived with John and Michael to further study the complicated plumbing scenario and a plan was designed on the first day. The truth is that this flood opened the door to many other existing problems that plagued the basement ie mold growth, faulty draining, and the need for a new sump pump and hot water tank. Needless to say, the Leone Plumbing team were part of my household for seven weeks to properly repair the numerous issues that needed to be repaired and rebuilt. Jamie was commander of the installation of new pumps and hot water tank. He worked quickly that first day so that I had hot water that day. He was reassuring, warm, and knowledgeable. Just what I needed being in such a vulnerable position. Then, Johnny and Jose tackled the breakdown of the finished walls to start process of removing mold. They were at our house the longest having both tear down and rebuilding responsibilities. They were such a wonderful team explaining to me every day what they hoped to accomplish and communicating with me as to what I thought about certain aspects of the project. At all times, they were hard working, meticulous, pleasant, and sensitive always to those questions that I had. As I told owner Andy Leone many times, what an incredibly blessed business owner he is to have such exemplary employees representing him. Now, I have the most beautiful and state of the art basement.

Leone Plumbing completed a full tear out and rebuilding of the kitchen and bathroom in our home. It was a long term project and working with the Leone team was very positive experience. Andy Leone supported us as we picked out the materials needed for the rebuild. All of the skilled workman that came into our home were kind and respectful as well as very skilled. Throughout the process all members of the team were cooperative and helpful. Working with Andy and his team made this a positive experience and I could not be happier with the end result. I thank each member of the team for their hard work and positive interactions. I would certainly work with this team again and would recommend them to others.

So glad I found Leone. Jamison came out and had a look. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I've never seen a more beautiful faucet. :) And I don't miss the fact that whenever I watered my yard I also watered the basement with the old leaking faucet.

I write very few reviews however, I feel as though this one needed to be reviewed. 7am on a Friday and we wake up to a leak with our tankless water heater, literally calling around leaving messages. Andy returned my call almost immediately. We talked through the logistics and he gave me a price and said he could do it same day. (no one else even had one available to do same day!) It wasn't cheap but it was necessary. As promised the boys showed up in the p.m. swapped it out and were gone by dinner time. I never, ever would have known he was handling all of this while on the road bringing his kid home from college. Honestly one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. You rock Andy!!!! Thank you so very much!!

Terry an Adam did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and was able to handle my tough job. My bathroom plumbing was so old and I needed special parts. They was able to track down the parts and get the job done in one day. They showed up when they said they would and worked!! I will definitely use their services for my next project. Terry went above and beyond giving me great advice. Everyone who answered the phone or called me was very professional and nice. And no one was pushy and trying to upsale to me.
