Mike was very friendly, professional and respectful while performing the work in our home. Andy was very helpful over the phone suggesting solutions to the problem we were having and dispatching Mike the very next day. I've never used a plumber before, but price seemed a little high for services provided. However, the response time and quality of service was excellent, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will definitely call Andy again if I need plumbing services.

The way a business should run. Andy worked effortlessly to help me meet my objectives for installation of water heater and sump pump. He put my worries to rest. Our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon (as expected this was a terrible time with many companies being booked up). Leone plumbing scheduled us for the next day, but we got lucky and someone ended up being available sooner. They were quick, professional and we would absolutely use this company again!

Two different days of service included a severely clogged bathroom sink drain being cleared of decades of accumulated sludge. The action needed was more than a simple drain clearing with chemicals or a plunger. I was and am very satisfied with the degree of efficiency and persistence on the part of the two individuals who worked to resolve the clog. Water has continued to flow without any delays in the sink emptying. No leaks occurred under the sink after everything had to be pulled apart to clear the clog.

The second need for service involved a basement water back up resulting from days of heavy rainfall. Water was coming in from the floor drain and through the concrete floor. In addition, the old sump pump was working but severely deteriorated and near ready to fail. New larger drainpipes replaced old ones and a sump pump was acquired and put in place. Water was extracted with a wet vac and all areas were mopped up. Subsequent heavy rainfall has not been problematic.

I am grateful for the immediate response in both instances. The need for plumbing services happened just a couple weeks apart. In both instances, service was immediate, efficient, effective and courtesy was exemplary. I am grateful for all kindness and efficient service.

Leone Plumbing was so responsive when I called regarding a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to get same day service and Jameson arrived during the service window I was promised. He was friendly and professional, up front about the cost associated with the issue, and the process to get the issue resolved. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up thoroughly, and provided some great tips so that the issue wouldn’t happen again. I will definitely be calling Leone Plumbing again when another issue arises.

I unfortunately had to contact Leone Plumbing due to an unknown leak. They came out right away and found the leak was actually a water line in my refrigerator. There was so much damage and I honestly had no clue what to do. Best part about Andy is that he was able to help out with everything. He explained the insurance process to me and talked to the adjusters for me. He kept me in the loop and he was able to turn my kitchen into a brand new one. I am more than happy with their service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. They are an honest hard working company that looks out for their customers.

My experience with Leone heating and plumbing was great. The technician was professional, polite and informative. He represented the company well. My issue was resolved in one trip. I would recommend Leone heating and plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

Never used them before and had a great experience replacing a water heater. Old unit started leaking, so I called a few places late in the evening, got one service that answered right away but wasn't sure if they could get someone in the next two days (to be fair the were going to try and would have let me know). Andy got back to me before 8AM the next day and said he could get someone out to me within the hour. His price was good enough - not the lowest but certainly not the highest - that I didn't mind upgrading from a 40 to a 50 gallon tank (big family, lots of showers and laundry). Jamison arrived on time, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, and was very conscientious. My vent pipe didn't meet code anymore - had to go from 3" to 4" - so he walked me through what was needed to replace it and made sure I was comfortable. It was very important to him that I knew the what and why behind the work. He busted hump to get everything done quickly and even with the added work I had a working water heater shortly after lunch. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

It's really too bad that today this business lost us as customers. Terry, the master plumber is excellent. However, interactions with the owner have been very unprofessional. We have not just experienced this once. We understand that a lot of people are busy and short staffed. However, this does not give you the right to not contact us to let us know that you are NOT sending someone out to look at a leak coming through the ceiling, when we were told someone would be out today. And then on top of it, be rude and unprofessional about it. We are busy too and don't appreciate when an owner is condescending and gives us a hard time about the fact that no one showed up. Take some accountability. And maybe take some time to truly reflect on how you want to communicate with customers before you lose more.
